Once again twitter disgusts me a few so called fans have made racist comments towards Hwang they aren't fans of our club imo.

Thankfully though Twitter has been pretty quick to act and banned those accounts, racism needs to stop full stop.

It's disgusting the way some people behave towards our players and racism is never ever acceptable. Hwang made a costly mistake yes, but can we all honestly say we've never made mistakes at work? Other players made mistakes yesterday but were lucky enough to get away with them. Hwang made one and was unlucky enough that it fell to a Newcastle player who applied a sublime finish to the ball. As a result he's being slaughtered.

His confidence looks shot to pieces and for that reason he should be taken out of the firing line for a little while. He may or may not come good, but he seems to be a nice lad who wants to try his best for the club. As a member of the pack we should all be trying to show him encouragement, not turning him into another scape goat.

Agree with the statements above. He is a good player who is playing in an empty tank of confidence. Of course the moaners will jump on him and berate him. We need to get behind him as he is one of our own. If he gets sold then I wish him well but if he got a goal I feel his confidence would come right back.

Shocking that he’s receiving racist abuse online. There just seems to be a section of our “fans” that want to bemoan anything. Look at the things being said about Kalajdzic and he hasn’t t even signed yet.

Absolutely disgusting I'm not a fan of hwang but he doesn't deserve that the club should contact the police and find them and ban them for life

A half season loan to a Championship or even League1 club might do Hwang the world of good.

No place in any, situation for that kind of abuse, every player can go thru a bad patch, the only way he can get thru it is keep playing, whether for us or another team, shocking, disgusting, embarrassing,??

I'm not agreeing with any racial abuse and haven't actually seen any, but fans have a right to voice their opinions of a player or anything else for that matter. And on that note I don't rate Hwang as a premier league player and never did. To trigger the option to buy seemed senseless to me, along the lines of when we did the same with Bonatini. However, if we can move him on this window for a profit, along the lines of the Afobe deal, then that's smart business. We'll see

No place for racism and yes frustrating as his mistake was, he is part of the pack.

How many cheered and sang his name when he scored against spurs!

Please don't be fickle fans but honest fair constructive criticism, opinions are welcome.

FWAW!
