What Bruno has said about hoever is not very professional, is it, to say the least. That stuff is for behind closed doors. He's not going to keep the players on side like that. Hoever is not good enough, but Bruno made a point of saying how well he'd played in the previous game during an interview in the week. Beginning to look and sound like he's losing the plot.

Maybe that's already been said behind closed doors and no response. This approach may not be seen as ideal but Hoever is a squad member and he owes it to the rest of the squad to give his best at all times whether training or in a match.

I totally agree Sharesum and his comments seem out of character and likely borne out of frustration.
If he is now going to open up on the subject let’s also have an update on Silva’s development and why he hasn’t broken through to the first team and announced himself as the new star centre forward in the Premier League. While he’s at it let’s hear why he persists with Trincao to the detriment of home grown young players?
I hate saying this but naming and shaming doesn’t seem to apply to young Portuguese players. Why choose Hoever right now (show dignity and integrity, do it behind closed doors and be consistent when generally blaming or praising ‘the group’ over recent months)?
I think Hoever has potential and I sense a flaw in both the management of his pointed criticism yesterday and his development of this season. If it’s an Otasowie situation we learnt of the problem after he was sold. We made money on him and there were no public histrionics.
I’m disappointed to say the least.

No use Bruno being disappointed or upset, we all knew we wouldn’t get anything from the game when we saw his team selection. Most disappointing was watching Palace play exactly how we’d like our team to play, with passion, pride, fighting for every ball and knowing from minute one they were going to win.
