Wolves seem to be buying for the future, strengthening the U23 with several players both last window and this. Trouble is that apart from Neto and Kilman none seem to be coming through. Surely time to nuture the youngsters through to the first team and prove the youth policy is working.

Jordao and Shabani were both signed for the U23's but stepped up to the 1st team squad until injury struck. Likewise MGW. That's 5 players so yes, the youth policy is working.
