Rated, this transfer window is starting to feel like Ground Hog Day. Last summer our dealings were delayed due in part to the Neves situation. This year will seemingly drag on In similar fashion. Barcelona don’t want to pay cash to Wolves for any of our players but with the help of Mendes will manage to turn our players heads. We can’t accept part ex deals for any players who are not excited by our project.
The way it’s going we will need to trade players like Kilman or Neto before we can make any signings. Also under no circumstances should we entertain selling Nunes to Liverpool as they will try to steal him for less than the fee we paid last year (£35m for McAllister is just obscene). If Nunes is to be traded in the future let him earn that transfer and realise his full potential first.
I hope JL isn’t as pensive or impatient as I am at this stage.
