Anyone know what is happening with Guedes and Jordao?

Guedes back to Benfica on loan and no idea about Jordao, I should imagine they are probably looking to move him on

Benfica can afford to pay for Guedes now instead of any loan fee.

Guedes is injured and will be out until October - potential of him returning to Benfica in January with the option to buy.

The letter from Jeff Shi was much needed and genuine. Looking at comments on the Facebook page it seems most supporters are happier than before the letter. It's interesting that this evening, Birmingham Live and their "sister paper" the Mirror have chosen to dredge up the interview with JL from the 25th of last month questioning his future. This is how the media twist things, hardly any mention of the letter from the club as they describe our "financial woes". Unfortunately with the cut and paste nature of the media today this will be picked up by others, Gobbygabby is already on the case. It reminds me when as a kid I used to attend the match with my Uncle, who had a sharp sense of humour. We used to walk down Waterloo Road after the match, occasionally getting autographs and chatting with players. There used to be, most weeks a chap in a belted coat and a clipboard type folder always on his way in to the ground. My Uncle used to say, 'oh, it's just after 5pm, that's the Sun reporter just going in late to report on what happened ' We never had much time for the Sun. Not much time for any papers nowadays.
