I bet it's chaff (radar counter-measure) so Moxey can feel in control again, I don't believe for a second the deal isn't agreed after that Spanish agents rumours and paperwork at FA / EFL - if paperwork is there, then deal must already have been agreed and ironed out.

If paper's been sent fa / efa how can talks still be going on don't see reason gor guillem belegue to lie after all its his rep at stake noone elses.

Li would need to pass the FA's Fit and Proper person test before decision announced. This is probably where the hold up is!

Totally agree with Ulf and YamYam! If the papers are with the EFL then the deal is agreed between both parties already and due diligence completed. Just the fit and proper test and if successful should be pretty much there. That's why I'm not reading too much into the telegraph/ mail stories as they are making out we are still at the due diligence stage.

This is all starting to stink of Moxey sabotage. Next thing we will hear is a Moxey consortium and the death of our beloved Wolves. God I hope i'm a paranoid fool.
