It's certainly an interesting link cause he's a class player. Nuno said himself we would be replacing Diogo but like others I'm skeptical with the finances it would involve. I could see it happening if (like before) we did a loan with a fee agreed cause then we could share the wage burden. definitely going to be an interesting end to the window 👍.

Great player BullysBoy II but do we really need another winger? Midfield and a centre back for me would be better.

And I don't recall Nuno saying we were going to replace jota. I just thought he was a valuable "surplus to requirements" with the emergence of Podence. Midfield is where we lack pace and a goal threat so if there is one more major signing I hope it's there unless Nuno expects Vithina to step up. I'd expect one or two low key loans incoming tho.

It was in the Sky peice where Nuno was saying that Pool was the right club for Jota. He said that the club already had targets identified (when asked about replacing him) . Where you could be right is that he may have been referring to Semedo, not a direct replacement but considering he also talked the squads balance so it could definitely be true that we won't sign anymore. Who knows, exciting times either way 🐺.
