I'm looking forward to the close season. It can't come quick enough. Remember what Lambert did at Norwich forget little Aston and Blackburn he was shafted at both places. He is a good manager and now it's his turn to sort out this mess and put his stamp on the squad. Yes we may lose costa but then again we may not. If we keep him great. If we lose him then we get an extra 20 mill to spend. I would expect a target man like Abrahams and a centre half and 2 midfielders to be acquired and possibly a full back. I agree that he already knows his targets and hopefully he will change the system to a 4-4-2.

The reason we don't play 442 is because we are a team of midfielders the CMs are needed to help the CBs and our best players are on the wing so we get 4231.

So when we play the ball down the sides for dicko n bod (whichever is playing the lone striker role) they have to check back and lose momentum because there is no other forward in the box and the midfield aren't mobile enough to give any options.
