From Joe Edwards who I find more reliable than most and certainly a lot more reliable than talkingWolves.

Worth noting the Raul Jimenez stuff was a relatively throwaway line in those Portuguese reports. Bottom of story. Of course, there'll be clubs having a look. Wouldn't lose any sleep over it yet though. As for Paulinho, looking into it but not heard anything concrete yet.

It's the story that the media want and you can sense them trying to push it over the line. It's easy to believe it because it seems to be coming from so many different sources, but truth is it's just one source which anyway was just an assumption based on an offer made for another player. Then the rest of the media follow like sheep creating click-bait.

Exactly Victory mate, I take no notice of the media as it's well known Wolves do not and never hace discussed any transfers with them until they happen.

To be fair the only thing interesting during the summer break is transfer gossip - but if it's treated as gossip it's a good laugh IMO. Except when it comes to the Brum Mail, they're awful. they merge two stories to make a tangible headline " Man Utd. Move sanctioned" read the story a former player or manager passes comment on a speculative transfer. Rant over.

I think Paulinho is happening but that one source got hold of it put 2+2 together and came up with 5, Raul won't go and Paulinho will be bought in to take the strain of Raul a bit.

It’s all click-bait to generate advertising money. They can say they get “x volume of internet traffic per day” and charge for advertisements accordingly.

Brum Mail gets paid for clicks. Click on an advert and they earn from in. Pretty standard. That's why you get those ridiculous headlines such as "Wolves Sanction Transfer", only to find, amongst all the adverts, that the Wolves tea lady is retiring to live with her family in Wales.
