Our squad at present is totally unbalanced. We've got 5 central midfielders, 3 right wingers and only one striker. A right back usually playing left back, etc etc. Like you say, see what Monday brings, but we need players, and quick.

We have 2 strikers already (Mason, Eno) and Dicko to come back, so don't see this as a problem. We have 3 wingers in Henry, Byrne and Wallace (with Graham to come back soon) who can switch flanks. We also have a bevy of youngsters coming through who could all handle being thrown in, if needs be.

The only problem I can see immediately is the Williamson issue and could do with another left centre back. Saying we are thin on the ground is a load of nonsense - your starting to sound like Jackett.

If you want promotion for a realistic price, you need Rhodes or McCormack, Sako, Dunk, Butterfield and Barton or similar. Added to Dicko, Graham, Doc and Iorfa, this would probably work. You don't actually need to spend more than £30 million.

All a new manager would have to do next is clear out Saville, Evans, Edwards, Coady, Mason, Wallace, Byrne, Henry, Deslandes, Williamson and EEL for £10 million.

Best man for the job? Mick McCarthy.

I would actually like Martinez or Bruce mainly because they have a good experience in getting teams to glory and staying within glory.

What we need is about 6 good signings and hopefully the McDonald money will join the massive money pot we have for spending.

I really don't want McCormack, or Rhodes. I would rather have Calverio. Who is most likely to leave after falling out with the manger at Ac Monaco.

Mendes also heavily rates him, he would be the right Striker/ Winger for the job. Imagine a better sako up front.

Mende rates him - he's his agent. Its his job to big him up to get the best price. Not sure how that works if selling to yourself!
