Lets face it we are NOT going to buy anyone in
this transfer window, Latest news we have tried to
get Diouf from United on loan car'nt give him a first
team slot cus of other stirkers. K.Davies from bolton
wages too high for transfer or loan.
So whats the betting Mad Mick will come out on
Monday next week and claim that he is happy with
his squad. !!!!!!

We are doomed, Too many average championship
players in team to cope with Prem League, Thks
Mr Morgan and Moxey for your continued ****
leadership and guidence back to reality.

Agree fully with you if this is all the morgan ,moxley , and mick can do sould we be in the prem

All Morgan will buy is a Carling Cup final ticket

I totally agree with you we have a board that lacks commitment and are unwilling to speculate to accumulate and are more concerned with the training and corperate facilities. i have a full season ticket complete and will not renew or return and spend any money to the club untill there is big changes ie manager,ceo and comitment to spending. forget the young policy it aint working we are all being screwed by a scoucer who has not invested 30 mill as promised all he has done is spend what the club has gained by struggling in the EPL which will end this year because its a stone wall certainty that we have now outstayed our presance in this league and will go down .

How right you are if mick had 4 million why are we messing around looking at has beens compton park is the key to this mess once in a blue moon we play any of our kids

M & M & M OUT, If you love the club - prove it ?

I can agree with you but our board do have commitment. they are re building our stadium fair enough its been postponed but it will happen all we need right now is a quality striker (probz have to gamble abroad) and a defender the problem is not with the players its how they are set up by mad mick and whats not renewing your season ticket gonna do? we need to support the lads not turn our back on them because we are in the bottom three.

TLG

So true really think their should be a protest an they should state targets like other clubs so we know because not doin so has worked once johnson an now their just takin the p!$$ out our club! R.J

We need the fans meeting to ask maybe hurtful thing to mr morgan no good world class ground if playing in the championship

Onuoha 2,5 mil pounds to QPR. Didnt even have money for that.

Yes he went foe 2.5 mill we were told 4,5 mill for players

Morgan will never meet the fans cos he always sends his puppet moxey and ill put my house on that hes the only person at wwfc who will be at wembly on 26 feb to support his first love and not the wolves

85 grand a week the fee not a problem its the wages

The transfer fee is not the problem, the massive wages are.

Let these teams around us buy who they want, pay them as much wages as they want and I'll be happy to see them crash and burn in the near future! We are doing it right. You pay too much in Jan, that includes inflated wages!
Kiddywolves

Post no4, if you are going to comment, at least get the spelling right!

He has signed a four year deal on 35000 and a week why could wolves not have matched that his 35000 will go a lot future in the midland than it would in london

They have to start paying the going rate and not stick to the max 20k a week we pay......as i have said morgan and greece ball moxey have no ambition for this club

Haha I think you mean grease. Our wage budget is 40k not 20k. onauha signed for QPR on an 85k a week deal we won't compete with those sort of figures although we were willing to offer mcffaden 60k in the summer.

Better to have bad spelling and have your heart wolves i say

Iv had it from a good source Mick has a list of at least 6 transfer targets Morgan only interested in free signings or very low t fees, doyle attracting interest from everton but if we do get our money back (6m) Mick will only be given 3m ... All Morgan wants is to redeveloped (all building work done by his company) surprise surprise ... So I think micks getting a raw deal from the fans his hands are tied.. Oh and by the way frimpongs gets 3k a week no wonder Morgan ok,d that deal .... Fofomm {Ed001's Note - rubbish, absolute nonsense.}

Which bit? Fofomm {Ed001's Note - most of it, Morgan is not only interested in free signings, the low fees bit is relative, everyone has their own idea of what a low fee is. Secondly, to say Morgan is just interested in redevelopment is just a downright lie, also the snide bit about using his own company is pathetic. Of course he uses his own company, he is not an idiot! Mick has his hands tied due to poor performances, nothing else.}

Excellent summary Ed!

I always thought Morgan was using his own company because 1. it makes sense to. 2. to keep costs down.
I think we'll make 2 new signings before Tuesday no idea who but Wolves have always done buisness behind closed doors and rarely reveal the targets until the deal is done. {Ed001's Note - exactly, Morgan is not an idiot, he has an underused building company, with spare capacity due to the quiet housing market, it makes sense all round to use his company. I know people think he is just being tight, but he is not Abramovich-rich, he can't afford to just plough money into the club endlessly. So he has to choose between doing what Doughty has done with Forest, propping them up until he had enough and the club is now in desperate straits because he is not doing that any more. Or he can do it properly, so that if anything ever happens to him, or his money, Wolves can stand on their own two feet and continue on without a hiccup. Too many short sighted people want to buy success, they need to realise that neither Wolves, nor Morgan, can afford to do so!}

Lot of sense, but the stadium improvements are not for the average fan . How about some basic amenities outside, like toilets, no all for corporate prawn and cheese sandwich munchers. We are financially secure but as a football club we are second rate on the field where it matters. It is a balancing act , but we need better players and less hospitality suites. {Ed001's Note - hospitality suites pay more than anything else, the lack of them are the reason Liverpool are running at a loss, even though the wages have been slashed. If you don't improve the infrastructure, then you will never go anywhere, you will always be struggling and be overtaken by those who have invested in the future.}

Calm down folks ,,,its not Morgan's fault it Mick's, he keeps picking the wrong team and tactics ..20K people can see that in the ground on match day ,,,,,,come on mick its not rocket science

Sorry edd I agree with build the club up for a better future but by building the stand this year he took a massive gamble which in the end could see us plummet down the leagues it did not need to be built this year the ground we had was good enough for us untill we were a more established prem side and the only reason I can think he would take that massive gamble would be to line his pockets.

And everyone keeps going on about this 49 million he has spent well 30 million was part of agreement to buy club so he has spent nothing coz we have made 120 mil from the prem league.

Edd are you moxey in disguise ( hope I dont get banned for that ) lol {Ed001's Note - no mate, I just know the Morgans, he is not in it to line his pockets, far from it. He expects to have to invest his money in, but he is not going to invest it in a massive gamble on the club's future. I know how passionate he is about footie, he is desperate to succeed and to prove it can be done. Just remember that he is safeguarding the future of the club, even if he were in an accident tomorrow the club would be ok. There are very few clubs in as safe a position in world football, very few at all. You got very lucky getting Steve Morgan, I am not going to sit here and pretend he is the world's nicest guy and will fling money at the club, he won't. But he will build for the club's future, which is why he was intending to invest in building work now, while building work is quiet and he can get a better deal for materials and has spare capacity in his company to reduce costs. It made sense, even if you don't see it that way, he is making sure that the club would be able to invest in the playing staff in the future. Rather than having to scrape about in the bargain basement every season, which is what will happen if you spend all the money on players now. You will never go anywhere that way, it will just be the same until relegation finally hits and then you have to get rid of half the playing staff to reduce costs.}

Cheers for the reply edd. Hope your right he has his heart in right place and I'm proved wrong I still think that the stand should of been put on hold if materials were that cheap he should of brought what he could and stored them as I don't believe it would be saving us more that a couple of million. how much is relegation gonna cost us if it happens and how long to build a team worthy of coming back. I wouldn't mind if we were destined to go down but I feel we're two signings away from safety which is frustrating. {Ed001's Note - you can't just buy up thousands of tonnes of steel and concrete and store it away! The storage costs would be obscene mate.}
