Hi Wolves fans i'm a Rangers fan coming in peace and I would love to know how much you rate christophe berra as it is a very strong possibility that hel sign for us thanks

Yeah he's absolutely brilliant, surprised Liverpool or Chelsea didn't snap him up. No, to be honest I'm not sure about the pace of the game up there but it doesn't look like he can keep up because he's very slow. He also holds people instead of tackling and this can cause problems especially in and around the penalty area

He will do a great job for you in those lower scot divs but he makes too many mistakes for higher ones

For the level you're currently playing at he would be a very good signing for you. I'd be surprised if was was good enough for when you got back to the SPL though (although some may say that's where he has played his best football so far).

The most frustrating thing about him for me is when he holds on to the opposition during corners/free kicks in the area, I always seem to think he's going to concede a penalty.

He will do very well for you up as far as League 1. He is not a top quality defender. His positional play is off and his main means of defending is holding or pulling the shirt of an attacker. Distribution lacks quality. However he is quicker than he is normally given credit for. Keep for a couple of years and then ditch when you get back into the Premier league. Best of luck for the new season.

I'll agree with the comments about holding people, especially during defending if set peices but overall I liked Berra! One comment I disagree with is that he is slow, he most certainly isn't! Personally I think he'd be a great signing and certainly would be able to hold his own in the SPL. I'm sorry to see him go, he has been a lot better player than Johnson for Wolves and has performed reasonably well while we were in the premier league for 3 years!

Hi AndyBear. I've seen posts about Berra on the Rangers board. Some say he is not good enough some say he is ok for SL2. He's probably not as bad as some here make out. Just that Wolves need a fresh start especially in defence. I am sure he will find a club but he won't bd paid what we were paying him.
