This next few days will show if Big Jeff and Fosun are all talk? Dr zee or whatever his name is at Villa does talk a lot but he is puttin his money where his mouth is! He also says are new owners and the baggies owners have brought the clubs as fashion accessories? Prove him wrong Big Jeff? 3 days and counting.

I agree Paul, none of us really know the ambition at the moment and a few of us commenting on here are getting shot down.
We will all know a lot more by 11 o'clock Wednesday evening.
I find it strange that we have a manager on a one year contract and maybe players won't sign because of that.
We are all guessing at the moment.

OMG you two take the biscuit. Just because you spend a lot doesn't mean you succeed. It's just a p**s**g contest. Chelsea proved that, in spite of the money it took years to get where they wanted to be. Realise Fosun are just the holding company who can underwrite the debts while the prospects look good. The debts are on the club. Fosun are an investment organisation who will seek success but not at all costs, hence they will be smart and cautious. If you can't live with that I suggest you change alliegance and stop fantasising.

Get real! Some of you fans are so fickle and impatient. Wednesfield Wolf can you really see Andre Gray giving up his first chance in the Premier League. And secondly can you really see Burnley accepting a bid 3 days before the window shuts! Brain dead! Paul, you were very positive when FOSUN took over now we've signed 9 players and we lose one game and you're saying that they don't give a s**t! These things take time! This will upset you. In my opinion WE WILL NOT GET PROMOTED THIS YEAR! That's not me being negative just being realistic and don't live in the world of football manager, players take time to gel, learn the tactic, it's not an instant process. We've seen an improvement already and hopefully that'll continue. In the eyes of most teams we are just a second tier team, forget the past, players won't pay much attention to that. That's why we build slowly and then we consolidate our place in the premier, not boom and bust. So stop being so negative and don't pin all your hopes on promotion this year. I am just glad to see Wolves getting players in, playing attacking football and seem to want wear the shirt! Keep the faith!

Villa and Newcastle have premier league money, that's why they spend big, callum wilson and andre gray haha leadin strikers for their clubs in the greed league, no chance! We are building towards a sustained push for promotion over the next couple of years, it takes time, we were only took over a few weeks ago with a threadbare squad and a clueless manager, we know have a squad and a decent coach, give it time, delusional wolves fans at their finest!

Devon don't try to jump on the mind game band wagon buddy. mheorge makes valid comments people like you just want to spend freely in the hope it works. We will not go down this year we probably will not get promotion but we lose one game and the world is coming to an end. Get real Devon, Wednesfield and the like. We are in a far stronger place than 6 weeks ago . Go and give your heads a shake.

Of course not devon, I have followed wolves all my life and reading the comments coming out of the club from jeff, walter, etc is that they want wolves in the prem as soon as possible but I haven't read anywhere they want to do it this season, common sense really. You say we spend nothing and go down, do you think the players we have bought in cost nothing, add up transfer fees, loan fees and wages and its not a small sum. You also say its strange about zenga having a one year contract, but i'm pretty sure mad mick and kenny were on 1 year rolling contracts, someone may wish to confirm that just incase you accuse me of knowing too much!

Spanish, we all want a good Wolves team and to be honest, it would be great if we could bring players through the youth system. It's not about what is spent, it's what it's spent on. I'm not convinced what we have purchased so far will fancy it in December, January and February but time will tell.
There is no need for mud slinging though as we should all want the same thing.

Some people are being too negative, but some people are being too positive. It’s probably best to at least wait until the end of the season to see if Zenga is going to be good enough long term. As for FOSUN, it’ll probably be three seasons or so to make a judgement.

Also, we aren’t the fourth richest club in England. We have the fourth richest owners depending how you are calculating the owners’ wealth. They have a big portfolio of companies and will allocate funds where they see fit. The £20-£30 million of investment over the next two years was probably accurate. That’s still good enough to achieve promotion.
