Wow, I'm glad you're not the judge at any trial if I was the person charged. Without the slightest knowledge of what may or may not be going through Jeff Shi's mind, you have arrested, charged, tried, found guilty and executed him. None of actually know for sure what will happen to Costa and none of us know for sure what transfers in or out will take place yet you accuse Shi of "day dreaming at the bank balance".
