No chance of Abrahams coming to wolves. But I would love him, we need a proven goal scorer: Enes Ãœna (loan) l or Sebastian Haller would be great additions may be pricey however with Dicko if he can find form would be 3 great strikers
Creative midfielder: Josh Morris - 19 goals 16 assists in league 1 which is brilliantly, look at step up from league 1 by afobe/ ali.
Defenders: I would look at bassong on a free give him another chance in a wolves shirt just for some experience at the back also Milenkovic Nikola looks a good youngster.
I think a new GK and LB/ RB are important too! Any opinions?

We are supposed to be building a team to challenge for the top and we hear maybe selling off our best player, HC, after just a few months of signing for us! How does that translate into ambition. If he goes then it speaks volumes to the fans about the future? What future? I guess you could say I'm a little dismayed 😩 by it all. We should be building on his signing. I just hope what I'm reading is wrong, bet he will be sold though!

How can anyone be enthused by hearing any of this? .

We spent 27 million pound this season and your moaning about the future?

Yes it was poorly spent, they will have learnt a lot this season.

We have told money will be spent.

This is a great time to be a Wolves fan.

Would you rather have SM back and shop in pound stretchers?

Give them a chance.

Stop moaning and being negative and try actually support the club.

To be fair if cav and Costa went for 30+ million most wolves fans would understand that that is a huge statement of the Cali reputation of player wolves are looking to bring in and benefit from.

If we got 7 new players a couple of mendes' acquisitions and lamberts consistency/ championship experience type of player surely that would be good business.

At the minute we have a mixture of champions league, small league, league 1 and premiership academy cast offs that speak volumes they just can't play together they are so different in technical ability. For example against burton at the mol Doherty had the chance to play it out from the back and cav was gone and Doherty didn't have a clue.

What future?
If we don't get some quality footballing people up top, we will continue down the slippery slope!
I'm trying to be positive, however, seeing the club throwing money down the drain because bad decisions have been made by people who shouldn't have been employed in the first place to make them, the decisions that is doesn't inspire me! What would inspire me would be shopping in Harrods and not pound streture for one dozen players that translated into two of them realistically, being any good!
Excuse the moan but I want us to progress and eliminate the bad decision making of the past. This can only happen with real quality football people making realistic and quality decisions around a proper footballing strategy to take the whole club forward! This means change doesn't it? Hope I'm making some sense. I've supported wolves for 50 years. ⚽️👍
This doesn't include shopping at Scunthorpe by the way! Minimum requirement are players that have proved they can and do play in the championship at the top end and will be able to compete / play in the PL.

I think selling Costa we make big profit but we might make a small loss on cava I just can't see us going up with lambert in charge there's no consistentcy and motivation there's massive decisions to make we've got to get the best players in some may not want to come I don't now how many players we going to sign Weimann will b one stearman wants to stay at the end of season but we should let him go back to Fulham but lambert might like him also George elokobi has been voted player of the season and goal of the season at Colchester.

Wolvescoast, regarding your comment about Morris, think about Kightly and Jarvis. We picked them up from lower leagues. Some of these lads in League 1 can actually play and should not be discounted as potential. There needs to be a level of astuteness as well as splashing the cash. We have seen plenty of that wasted this season.

I agree we do for the future Stattowolf, but for the here and now tried and tested quality please. We want players that can hit the ground running and move us up! There are good players in the lower leagues, however, we are past taking players that may step up aren't we? how about wallace. as an example a good league 1 player and maybe championship one day but not now!

Reality. best post I have seen!
"At the minute we have a mixture of champions league, small league, league 1 and premiership academy cast offs that speak volumes they just can't play together they are so different in technical ability. "
This is exactly our problem. we have 4 decent players who are made to look "ordinary" by the "rest".
6/ 7 of same quality players in and we will be in with a shout next season.

Wolvescoast, I hear what you are saying but some lower league players can hit the ground running. I agree that Wallace hasn't made the step up, but for every Wallace there's a Jarvis who made an instant impact. I would also point out that Wallace came from League 2 Portsmouth, so the Championship was a two league jump for a player who had just turned 21.

Just because we have big financial backing now doesn't mean that we should disregard a potential source of player. Like I said, we have to be astute. People on here have been calling for us to take a punt on Ruddy, Bassong or Bennett from Norwich because they are being released because they have championship experience; frankly I think we can do better than players who aren't good enough to get a game at Norwich and are going the other way in their career.

Personally, I think our scouting network needs an overhaul as there has been too much dross signed over the past five years.

I see your point about josh Morris however in the transfer market we cannot splash the cash on lots of players due to FFP unless we sell Costa (huge mistake if we do) I think if we sign 2 or 3 big money transfers and then 2-3 cheaper players Morris being one. He could end up being a flop but look at some players who have made the step up from league 1: afobe, Ali, Callum Wilson, kightly and Jarvis just to name a few! I would rather them take a risk with Morris than with the woefal George saville!
