spoke to wolves fan who I saw speak to one of wolves staff. wolves fan said the wolves staff member has said it has been rubber stamped and that we have signed a 35million pound player.
although I spoke to bloke who works for club said he does not know when press conference is going to be.
he said nobody is telling them anything. this bloke who I was talking to was the bloke who spoke to wolves fan.
I am only passing on what I had heard.

As bull as this is, I wish people would stop mentioning the Financial Fair Play Rules. They're nothing to a rich club. The fine is like 5 million pounds, but getting promoted is worth 150 million. You do the math.
