Not only that I don't see why sako would want to go there yeh okay we're having a torid time ATM but I highly doubt they'll be up in the prem this time next year

To the poster who reckons getting Blackstock is a bad deal (especially if Blackstock is rated at 2 million) he is the one that is in the higher division not Sako.
Also Blackstock will score you the goals you need in that division, not a bad deal, if it happens.

Some dodgy maths going on here. Sako is only worth what clubs will pay for him. If that's 2.5m then the hypothetical deal with Forest values Blackstock at 500k not £2m.

Why we think Sako is worth more than £2.5m is open to question. It's a lot of money for a L1 player who is also a special kind of player who might not fit into many teams' way of doing things (i. e. in the Beckham mould).
