interesting. Anderson Talisca move to Wolverhampton could be delayed or not happening according to sport witness

goo.gl/yUDaqp

08 Aug 2016 19:46:38
It doesn't actually say that. It just says that Sport Witness (who? ) are fed up with the speculation.

08 Aug 2016 19:56:38
I think everyone is just guessing even the Portuguese press saying it could go one way or the other. I think the fact that Benficas president was at Rotherham along Mendes and our owners only points to one thing that this deal is happening. Just relax and I'm sure it will be done soon it's the others that we need to sort out. We are going to great up front but we need defenders.

08 Aug 2016 19:57:26
Coventry are after Danny batth anybody willing to drop him off.

08 Aug 2016 20:17:56
All you volunteers, please form an orderly queue.

08 Aug 2016 20:20:23
I think the only thing sport witness have witnessed is a big mac.

08 Aug 2016 20:26:35
Disrespectful. Has been a key player for us, despite some shortcomings, over last three years. Some people need to think back to the time of our double demotion and crying out for Danny to be given a chance. Given it by Jackett and certainly stepped up to the plate. Needs support at this point.

08 Aug 2016 20:44:20
Scottish you are definitely Batths no.1 fan

He's a Wolves lad but sorry he's not good enough for where we want to be right now, he needs to take back seat for a while and learn from some more experienced/ better CB's

Same for Hause - don't forget we got him for the development squad but was thrown on at the deepens in to the 1st team because of that tight fisted scouser and his pie munching side kick.

08 Aug 2016 20:45:55
He was great in league 1?

08 Aug 2016 20:50:22
I agree Goldfinger he's to slow and gets found out to easily. We need Williamson to come back but I'm guessing he's not going to be around until Christmas at least.

08 Aug 2016 20:53:48
Heard the issue with talisca is that his wife is due to give birth any moment now.

08 Aug 2016 21:09:19
Looking on Twitter at that Wilfred Bony thing, there are two agents who claim to have inside knowledge. One says we've put a bid in for him, the other says a deal is close or done and he will be in for a medical. Like I've said before, it's Twitter and Wolves have been linked to just about everyone on there in the last two weeks.

The fee is £13 million. Chicken feed for big jeff.

08 Aug 2016 21:12:54
I live in Coventry .
I'll offer him free board, ironing done I'll even tuck him in and read him a story at night - as long as he didn't pull on a wolves shirt again!

08 Aug 2016 21:15:39
Just read that the attempt to get Sako back may unfortunately be off because Palace could lose Bolaise.

08 Aug 2016 21:27:36
Hey, I'm goldfinger.

08 Aug 2016 21:39:10
Sounds like the Sako transfer to Wolves is totally dependant on Bolaise and if Everton will go up to the £30 million Palace are asking for the winger (Everton's £18 million bid was rejected) . They would probably let Sako go if the Bolaise transfer didn't go through.

08 Aug 2016 22:00:28
I put about taliscas wife giving birth in my rumour this morn she could be another 2 weeks or so.

08 Aug 2016 22:15:13
I saw that in the Ojogo article yesterday and if that was the reason which is understandable why can't someone bloody tell us and put us out of our misery
The excitement about this deal faded away last week

Where are the other damn players, we want new blood

LB
CB
CDM.

08 Aug 2016 23:09:59
Bhamwolf I posted that in my rumour text this morn his wife could hang on for another 2 weeks he could come over sign and go back again least we now we've signed him and the deal done.

08 Aug 2016 20:52:13
Rico Henry to Bristol, not Wolves.

09 Aug 2016 00:00:59
I'm going to admit that I'm biased towards Danny Batth as I know his uncle. He, like Jody Craddock before him puts in 100% effort every single game but as he is the skipper, any mistakes will be highlighted. He was monumental when Ricketts was at the club so I really think that he should be moved to club captain but Ikeme should become team captain so that he can flourish again.

09 Aug 2016 01:16:43
Trust me Jas I like the kid, he's a good lad and he has given his best and most of all he's a Wolves lad but he ain't that good, his development has hit a wall and that's partly the clubs fault but the fact is we can't wait around for him to rediscover his potential

We need 2 CB's end of. Hause isn't the answer right now either and will we see Williamson play again?

09 Aug 2016 07:53:26
yes we are linked with everyone but we only seem to buy the cheap crap as usual.

09 Aug 2016 08:01:26
How many players have we said aren't good enough have gone on to better things and then we moan a few years later about why we let them go despite the fact moaned about them at the time. Short memories some fans have and far to quick to right people off. Baath is young in terms of CB and will only get better but fans would rather have some fella they've never heard of or seen play but believe he's the next Maldini because he came through a top teams youth academy.

09 Aug 2016 09:16:30
WTF how have bloody Bristol city beaten us to the highest prospect in English football. Please tell me this isn't happening.

08 Aug 2016 18:39:55
Alan Judge to have a medical at Wolves according to Sky Sports News Twitter feed!

08 Aug 2016 18:49:26
Sorry fake account on Twitter my bad.

08 Aug 2016 18:52:14
Fake account mate.

08 Aug 2016 18:55:23
Any link? As didn't he break his leg in May? wouldn't see the point in medical as he would fail.

08 Aug 2016 18:56:59
Decent player.

08 Aug 2016 19:10:43
It's beyond me why these half-wits set up fake Twitter accounts. They must be totally inadequate human beings. Do they get some sort of thrill in fooling people? Is this all they can contribute to society? Pathetic is not the word.

08 Aug 2016 19:22:30
I know it's like that Nigel the Nigerian Football agent he's aright 💩 He thinks he knows it all it's probably a 15 boy sitting in his bedroom. Sorry I was getting excited I will check next time.

08 Aug 2016 19:24:54
Deepthoat, it's all they have to do, in between signing on, and going down the PoorThorns every other Saturday.

08 Aug 2016 19:27:15
Twitter latest:
1. W Bony to Wolves, £13m fee agreed and player to have medical 'within a week' after agreeing terms.

2. Crouch to Wolves or Rangers - he prefers Wolves.
3. Sako has contacted Mendes for move back to Wolves, happening now.
4. Talisca deal definitely done and will be announced 'imminently'.

08 Aug 2016 19:35:36
Just spotted on Twitter wol r shockingly preparing abid 4 Wilfred bony pep wants him out but wages could b a problem.

08 Aug 2016 19:40:21
BONY hahaha I've heard it all now.

Most exciting transfer window EVER.

08 Aug 2016 20:01:03
I read that Bony has agreed wages and the fee is £13m. He is having a medical within a week. I can't find the link, but I definitely read this about an hour ago. Who knows?

08 Aug 2016 20:03:45
Which Twitter account can I find this.

08 Aug 2016 20:06:34
Why not we got the clout.

08 Aug 2016 20:14:11
Wolves are also shockingly preparing a bid to bring in Man City's Wilfried Bony
Saw it on Twitter @fl92transfer.

08 Aug 2016 20:17:05
i can't find a link to Bony agreeing terms on twitter, just talk bot us being interested.

08 Aug 2016 20:39:21
I think Bony is rubbish surely he would go back to Swansea than come to the Wolves. Just more made up bull.

08 Aug 2016 20:52:44
With in a week lol it would be str8 away . wots he doing chasing pokmon lol.

08 Aug 2016 22:17:32
Lmao Dappa, I bet he is back in the Ivory Coast.

08 Aug 2016 22:38:44
We ain't going give anyone £100k wages just look at all talk off stipulations for telisca deal and thsts alleged £40k a week also bony got bigger ego than bentner zenga would twat him one with attitude he has u forgetting that "big jeff" said would have be smart buys bony would not be one those.

09 Aug 2016 08:03:00
Search WWFC on twitter and you see them all. Some are hilarious.

08 Aug 2016 14:00:45
Zenga says Silvio is injured and out for three weeks. An appeal is being lodged against Iorfa's red card at Rotherham. #wwfc.

08 Aug 2016 15:25:28
Ffs, we have got the worst luck with players getting injured the past few years, should we get a new medical team while we're at it?

If we can get a LB then Doherty can go RB while Iorfa is out.

08 Aug 2016 15:47:47
We should go for Rico Henry imo. Won't be hard to convince him to come here. He does play Walsall.

08 Aug 2016 16:14:48
Can't believe another injury we definitely need a left side defender and a cb because 1 more defence injury and we are in trouble.

08 Aug 2016 16:19:17
Absolutely inevitable. How he ever passed a medical is beyond me. His injury record is one of the worst out there.
Rico Henry would be a good option. Iorfa won't be 'out' either.

08 Aug 2016 16:24:47
Where does it say this? Can't find anything about Silvio being injured.

08 Aug 2016 16:27:21
BCWOLF where did you hear Silvio is injured? I hadn't heard anything.
Anyone else getting tired of this Talisca story? I'll be really chuffed if he does sign but it is dragging on.

08 Aug 2016 16:41:07
His name was being banded about when we got the Chinese in and I was like nah but we are getting desperate so as long as he's got a left peg get him in!

Seriously though we've needed a good LB for too long what the f is going on?
Isn't there an 8 outta 10 LB in the world for us or what?

Done a bit of research so if there's anyone that can pass this on to Jeff and Walter you'd be doing us a big favour:

Raphael Guerreio - 22 yrs - FC Lorient
Eliseu - 32 yrs - Benfica
Lucas Digne - 22 yrs - PSG.

08 Aug 2016 16:47:06
I'm so bored of the Talisca saga I don't even care if he signs (I do really but I'm so p'd off)

What I don't understand is where are the other signings that we need

3 defenders, 2 that can tackle, pass and cross with their left foot
1 CDM
1 ST

THIS IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT.

08 Aug 2016 17:02:44
Just one quality CB would do for this week but the longer it drags on, the longer Batth/ Hause get to stake their claim. They shouldn't even have a claim.

08 Aug 2016 17:06:40
Guerreiro has signed for Dortmund
Digne has signed for Barca.

08 Aug 2016 17:41:20
It's on Tim Spiers video for the Crawley match on E&S, he says Silvio is out with injury for up to 3 weeks. Maybe he was just trying too hard to get up to fitness to be involved and over did it, it may be a sign of passion and not a bad thing in the long run.

And maybe it's a good thing, Fosun may now get an extra player in to cover and we'll end up with more depth than if he'd not got injured until after window closed.

08 Aug 2016 17:41:31
Just leaves the Benfica LB then.

08 Aug 2016 18:33:09
Its going to be Fabio from Cardiff.

08 Aug 2016 18:37:46
should be Augustinsson from FC Copenhagen, fantastic LB.

08 Aug 2016 18:45:28
Seeing a lot of names for the LB position. I stick with Rico Henry for that. English FL experience and one of the most promising talents at that. He must live close so he would see Wolves as a good option. No brainer for me.

08 Aug 2016 18:59:32
Sorry! Only just got back on has you now know it was Tim Spiers on Twitter.

08 Aug 2016 19:22:37
I hope we can do better than Fabio

I'm sure the penny will drop soon that we need a defender or three.

08 Aug 2016 20:32:53
Agree. Fabio not the answer, irrespective of what the question is!

08 Aug 2016 22:04:44
We won't sign a defender just because Iorfa is out for a cup match against Crawley. With Deslandes we have 4 fit defenders or I am sure we can change to a different system or play someone like Byrne at left back it's only Crawley.

08 Aug 2016 14:52:21
Talisca signing within 48 hours
Sportsmole citing the mirror, fee less than the original £20m

goo.gl/oH00Ql

08 Aug 2016 15:27:43
I would have sako back any day with the quality players around they'll take championship defences apart when r we going 2 make more signings the last time we made one was last Tuesday.

08 Aug 2016 15:32:50
Never ending story this one. Wish it would hurry up now
getting as bad as the Pogba/ Manutd story!

08 Aug 2016 09:03:20
Wolves are interested in bringing back Bakary Sako. Sako is unhappy at Crystal Palace and is thought to be open to a return.

08 Aug 2016 09:14:34
injured out till Feb 2017.

08 Aug 2016 09:17:41
Wavidsmith will be happy!

08 Aug 2016 09:17:42
This would be great, where's the word coming from?

08 Aug 2016 09:23:39
Oh ac, you speak just like E&S, Who says all this. Wolves said nothing official, Sako said nothing official. Where do you guys get all this info from - the village barber?

08 Aug 2016 09:26:16
On twitter it says there in talks but will believe it when I see him holding up his shirt.

08 Aug 2016 09:34:41
New now reports talisca flying 2 England 2 day complete the deal work permit sorted also in talks with sako and Norwich interested.

08 Aug 2016 10:08:27
Sako has a groin injury due back 20th August. Derbywolf where did you hear he was out till Feb!?

08 Aug 2016 10:12:32
Dont take nothing from the e@siit.

08 Aug 2016 10:13:31
Sakooooooooooooooooooo.

08 Aug 2016 10:38:15
Harlow Wolf, 'newsnow' reports nothing at all, it simply aggregates stories from other news sources and lists them.

08 Aug 2016 10:38:21
Sako could b an even better player with quality players around him.

08 Aug 2016 11:18:48
Sako, Dicko, Bodvarsson, Talisca, Costa, Graham, Zyro. I really am starting to wet myself 👍 Now can someone please do something about the central half position with Batth/ Hause/ EEL etc. We need a couple of quality defenders and to ship this rubbish out for good.

Sakooooooooooooooo.

08 Aug 2016 12:16:39
Sakho is a decent player at championship level, but for me a one trick pony . He certainly won't weaken squad and may have a point to prove

Cant wait for the marquee signing of Talisca, that will have the molineux faithful shouting the ole's .

Heady days!

08 Aug 2016 12:31:32
I love this thought that a player who can reject a club, effectively dismissing us all as being beneath his ambition and unwilling to finance his lavish lifestyle would be welcomed back as a returning hero.

Sako was a standout player among a very mediocre group of contemporaries, but this desire to treat him as though he were blameless and forgivable for organising a departure is getting tedious. He may not be Henri Camera, but his actions marked him out as cut from similar cloth and although none of this seems to be coming from the player himself, that he may benefit from our change in circumstances is a disgraceful thought. We should not be sympathetic that it hasn't worked out for him at Palace we should be glad, lesson learned, the grass isn't always greener. Chapter closed move on, there are plenty of better options out there for us.

08 Aug 2016 12:43:20
Sako was average at best. we don't need him back.

08 Aug 2016 12:59:45
Average my caramac. you try and a left winger in with his pace and foot foot.

08 Aug 2016 13:03:08
Sako apparently has a hamstring problem caused in a preseason tour match 2 weeks ago, pardew only said he would miss start of season does not appear long term from his comments.

08 Aug 2016 13:08:13
Can't believe I'm hearing this. How can Sako be average when he single handedly got us out of league one and took us up to the play offs basically on his own? He was phenomenal around 2014/ 15 and can't understand why he's getting such a bad rap just because the skin flints in charge wouldn't pay him his worth. Some of you have very short minds, to say the least.

What I find hilarious is that you say no to Sako, yet welcome an arrogant money grabber like Talisca to the club with open arms!? Despite what you read on here, Sako gave his everything for Wolves and was heartbroken to leave - were you not there at his final game? He has a VERY big heart and it breaks mine to keep reading the opposite from certain sections of our supporters. There is only one Bakary Sako, and he's coming home.

Sakooooooooooooooo.

08 Aug 2016 13:14:52
Sako has been one of the best players to have ever worn the Wolves shirt. If you can't see that, you have a real problem.

08 Aug 2016 13:16:45
sako expressed his desire to play at prem level since the day he joined us, even dropped down to league 1 to try get us back to the big time - gave it all he could but couldn't quite manage it. I think bringing him back would be the icing on the cake of this magical fairytale.

08 Aug 2016 13:23:54
Sako a one trick pony? well if that's the case, get the pony back in the stable. when he was on form, he was unplayable at times. But I would say that I did see him have some games when he was anonymous.

08 Aug 2016 13:31:19
Wavidsmith you must be a young guy to say that Sako has been one of the best players in a Wolves shirt is beyond me. Yes he's had his moments but someone who was here a short time he cannot be classed as a wolves great. We know ou love him and he would bolster the squad but if you look at the stats for the season we came back up it was Dicko who had the greater influence. When he was injured over the 9 game period we averaged half the points we did when he was in the team. This is why he was such a massive miss last season and we will see that when he returns.

08 Aug 2016 13:40:09
A bola reports from Portugal that talisca is about 2 become a father and that the signing won't b done for a few days I really wish they get it sorted he still wants 2 sign but the longer it goes on the prem clubs will b able 2 get a work permit.

08 Aug 2016 13:43:00
I would welcome Sako back with open arms! Yes he did have his off days but, overall he was a quality player during his time with Wolves. To me it would be a no brainier getting him back, if he wanted a return! Champ defenders were scared stiff when the big man was running at them and to be fair, he did his fair share of tracking back as well! Imagine Sako and Graham to choose from to play out on the left wing, pure quality!

08 Aug 2016 14:19:43
U gota give sako some credit he stayed with us when we droped to league 1 and he's a better player then tht league if he is not out for tht long thn come home son.

08 Aug 2016 14:45:11
I was born in 1976, Darbo and grew up in the Turner/ Bull era, through the 90's revolution with G Taylor/ Jones followed by the Hoddle/ McCarthy debacle and Jackett. I've seen a hell of a lot of players come and go over the last 40 years, both good and bad, but very few have actually got me on the edge of my seat like Sako. In the modern era, I would definitely put him up there with the likes of a Steve Bull/ Geoff Thomas or a Knightly and easily remains one of the most skilful players Wolves have ever had. You would have to be absolutely out of your mind not to want him back, even if you only got 30 games a season out of him.

Sako is a match winner, and there are very few of those around these days - you only have to look at how much we have suffered from set pieces since he left to see how much we've missed him. James Henry and even Jordan Graham couldn't even dream of crossing a ball as well as Sako can.

08 Aug 2016 15:16:35
Sako has a slight groin strain and is due back 20 August and not February 2017 as someone on here posted.

08 Aug 2016 15:51:11
Think with Sako back we could get the best out of Dicko when he gets fit.

08 Aug 2016 16:02:30
Agree Humphy.

Sako was a cut above for Wolves. League one or not, he would still tear right backs in the Championship apart. He had several qualities that we have found very hard to replace and most Championship players also lack. The combination of these are match winning player stuff.

- left footer
- quick
- strong
- end product
- passion

If Sako came back it would be amazing. He would love it and I'm sure 98% of fans would too.

UTW!

08 Aug 2016 16:50:37
Sorry Wavidsmith, not for me! Sako wanted to play on the Premier League and we'll give him a warm welcome if he plays there against us one day! Lots of good wingers out there and he definitely wasn't 'Waggy' class for me.
