Karl Henry & Stephen Ward will both sign for Ipswich if personal terms can be agreed. This would see them take a big pay cut to from what they are currently earning at the Molineux club.

With any luck both will go. While I'm not a big fan of either player they did help to get us into the PL but they should of been sold two seasons ago. In the case of KH he has stagnated over the past two seasons and turning to the media to say he wants to stay was a bit desperate but KJ has stuck to his guns. Out with the old and in with the new UTW!

Karl has some deep thinking to do. No one will offer him the terms he is on at wolves, but the manager has said that he is not part of his plans. So, does he sit around training with the academy and watching them play matches with dreams of another crack at the prem or accept that the standard he is now valued at is middle championship.

The Karl Henry saga will drag on and on. Ultimately he'll accept a lower deal elsewhere and Wolves will pay up a chunk of his contract to get him to go. Jackett will give a clear indication that Henry is not wanted when he gives the no. 8 shirt to someone else and doesn't allocate a squad number to KH.

I'm not sure that's true. I mean the part about the wage cut will certainly be true but Mick hasn't really been banging on our door for these guys as far as we know.

One thing we can be sure about is that they will leave, because KJ has said in no uncertain terms that they are not part of his plans.

Funny how KJ has picked the four players we would have picked to offload, on the basis of value for money anyway.

This is what I hoped would happen. I thought that the egos of the ones on big wages would mean that they would not want to play League 1 football so they would get their agents to get them transferes based on lower wages but to Championship clubs. In fairness to Ward and Johnson we have not heard a word from them but short of sitting it out until the end of their contracts when their names have fell off the radar I can't see that they have an alternative
