new manager to be appointed after arsenal game
bookies odds show lee clark in pole position

That would be great but how do you know

Why wait - he's available now?

Sunday Express saying we're going after Clark in the summer. Make of that what you will.

word is most of the wolves players will be sold to bring in around 30m the new manager will have 5m of the
12m for going down to buy new players and will have to use the youth and the players that remain. Morgan hopes to get promoted first time and with the money of around 35m brought in plus around 10m for promotion hand over a war chest of 45m to have a real go in the prem next time

Selling most of the Wolves players and hoping to get promoted seems a little bit less than watertight.

Are you selling the club,,, cos if you think there`s 30 million worth of players at wolves your as crazy as whats running it at the moment

Hennessey 5m, johnson 3m, doyle 5m
fletcher 8m, jarvis 6m, ohara 5 plus a few other thats around 30m
now look at the wolves youth that as been on loan from goalie defenders midfield and strikers and the team is well prepared

After the seaon Johnson has had we'd be lucky to get 3 quid let alone 3 million. O'hara at best 3 million. Jarvis might get £6 million, Fletcher might get £8 million, and Doyle £4/5 million. None of em have exactly set the world on fire or we would'nt be going down. They should all stay (except Johnson.....I'll give him a lift anywhere he wants to go), take a pay cut and get us out of the sh*t they got us in to.

So we sell all the dead wood and use the young players the only way up would be through playoffs

The first reply to this post got it in one. Sell all our "best" (read established) players and then hope to get promotion at the first time of asking with, and mark this, our academy players. But don't tell me that's not what Morgan and Moxey are thinking - total rubbish. League One is shining its lights on us at this point. Stop the nonsense now.

Finally £30m, you're having a laugh - serioulsy. We might have paid that but the fantasy ends here. Get real everyone this is appalling management.

Not to worry johnson was only on loan this season and when mighty mick gets new job he will buy all his boys for 50m

"Wolverhampton Wanderers 2011/12" should be required reading in every Business School. The perfect example of how not to run a football club. Every possible mistake has been made. The 2Ms are experienced business men. We can only hope that they have learned from their mistakes and get it sorted next season. And that starts with appointing the right manager. My fear is that they have realised that Premiership football is not sustainable and financially, mid Championship suits us best. They are lucky they run a football club with all it's brand loyalty. If they ran a supermarket al of their customers would have left by now.

Perhaps you should look how Norwich have come from league `1 to the prem in 2 seasons, and competing in the prem again next season on a squad that cost less than £15,000.000 thats the whole squad, Paul Lambert has made a bad team into a prem side on virtually nothing, you don't need to spend £35mil or even £50mil on a striker, Holt cost less than half million and got 15 goals this season Morison the same price tag and got 9, the truth is we have players scoring goals from every position.

Fair play to you, just shows what a good manager can do. But, good managers are as rare as hen's teeth. Lambert and Rodgers have Ben excellent this season and have shown up some of the dinosaur managers we have in England

Wolves will appoint rdm as manager next season wen he finishes as Chelsea interim . He is very keen on job and what we know he could do a Steve bull for us but in manager form

Yeh he did a great job down the road that's why he is good enough for us

Yeah , he done such a sterling job managing the s**t.

Yeh, like he would be welcome wouldn't he?

Here we go, a decent manager may be available for us and lets cut our noses off eh, give me a break

Hate the baggies as much as anybodyelse but could see this one working and getting us singing again.....

Unlikely to be him, but I wouldn't object. Seems to be able to manage Chelsea reasonably well.

Yep, A man who's just tasted Champions League football management will find the challenge of managing a bunch of supposedly £30m rated donkeys who've leaked so many goals that the only clean sheets they'll see are the ones in their hotel when they play Derby and Hull next season a step up from plying his trade in the top-flight. Who needs the Champions League when the lustre of taking charge of Wolverhampton Wanderers is a far greater lure?
