with all the hype about the problem at left back i think that the ideal player to fit into the role would be benjamin mendy of ac le havre. very impressive france u-18 left back who is a confident player who knows his role and can keep up with nearly all wingers and would be available for around 1.1 million

Wolves' worst fears were confirmed over winger Slawomir Peszko, who has been ruled out for three months.

DeLaRusso

How can anyone disagree on this when it's truth?

I suppose those who disagree feel that the loss of Peszko is not the realisation of our worst fears. That would be a long term injury to Sako on the other wing. Or, the sacking of SS and the return of MM and TC

They disagree cuz they are Tesco fans. They should stick to their own sites oops that's IF they have one. WFE

Have you been on the Bags site? 2 say its boring is an understatement. Lol. Thts probably why they keep coming on ere playing silly buggers.

Also they aint got an agree/disagree box on there page. Everythings just basic. Rubbish format. Think they're bit jealous. Lol.

-wolves banter-

peszko will be missed , such a terrier in the midfield , hope he gets well soon! every cloud has a silver lining - hope boukari gets played now!

Wolves are unlikely to land a loan target in time for the weekend as they weighed up a fresh move for Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong.

{Ed011's Note - Frimpong just tweeted the following!!:

"@Frimpong26AFC: Might be coming back....Ill keep you lot posted only one place I could come back to"

Yeaaaaah bring back frimmy !!!

get a chat started

Oh yes lets get Frimmy back..... ill even say DENCH!

TDW

Why all the hype about Frimpong he didn't impress on his last visit what makes you think if he came back it would be any different

I hope so wolvesforever

Frimpong was our best player lol when he played vs qpr we won dont remember us winning after that

'didnt impress on his last visit' - Are you being serious?!

We dominated the Villa at home with Frimpong. Went off injured and they took control, even before KH red carded.

Yeah he also played vs Liverpool and we lost 3-0, plus he wasn't even on the pitch when we won vs QPR he came off for Ebanks because he was injured last time he played we won after he had gone off mostly down to the fact Cisse was sent off.

All he did was Frimpong himself

Frimpong was our stand out player by a mile, would love him back, imagine him and doumbia in the middle, I'd take that all day long in the prem! Immense! Come home manny!

Oooooooh could you imagin a midfield of frimmy, Tongo & Henry? would boss it no probs

Mills wolf {Ed011's Note - Wow - there must be a health and safety concern for other teams with that midfield!!

When Frimpong played our passing and play was crisper. He has the ability to dictate a game and also his team mates and would be even better under the Stale revolution.

I'm a wolves fan but let's be honest we ain't been a big club since the days of the late great doog and as long as we keep signing unknowns or has beens we will not be a big club again. Just a once yearly nearly club. Even lesser club's have star players who can win them game's and we don't I've seen us play year in year out but this year is the worst yet when we make subs its just a swap like for like no impact players or creativity the whole squad looks flat.

Baggie alert.

This is my favourite season for ages. Stale hasn't even been here for 10 games!! Give him a chance FFS.

And we can put the DJ Campbell one to bed as he's gone to Ipswich. Day want him anyway.

And we can put the Charlie Mulgrew one to bed too. Just signed for Celtic till 2016. Didn,t he used to play for Wolves at LB?.....Oh yeah, he did, then MM got rid!!

{Ed011's Note - Quick round of recent injuries and loans (plus exciting Frimmy news!):

- Doherty has gone out on loan to Bury on a three month loan deal.
- Boukari is out for 4-5 weeks with a torn calf.
- Hunt is out for several months as he undergoes further surgery on a hernia complication.
- Peszko has torn his medial ligament and is expected to be out for three months.
- Sigurdarson missed training today, reportedly only because of an illness but we'll have to see if he's ok for Blackburn but he's very doubtful.
- Doyle is also a major doubt for the Blackburn game after finishing training today with an injury (reported v. recently).
- AND BIG NEWS!! As reported by the Express and Star and other sources we won't have a loan signing ready for the Blackburn game but we've approached Arsenal with a view to loaning Frimpong. Wenger has said the following earlier today (from Arsenal Official Website):

"I do not know yet. He needs to play, so before we envisage that, he needs to play games. He is not ready yet. I have heard of Wolves' interest, but at the moment I feel he needs to get back to a competitive edge before we plan anything for him."

{Ed011's Note -Tim Nash reporting Doyle has a thigh strain.

The bungling persons have struck yet again, pratting about day in day out 'attempting'to get loan signings and repeatedly failing-or not bothering-whilst other clubs miraculously manage to get new recruits-I fear a thrashing at Balckburn. Get this regime out!

Ed I've seen wengers comments, where are the e&s reporting it. with Doyle out now fraizer Campbell or roby Brady would be nice aswell. maybe he's thinking front three of sako siggy Doyle or Seb and a middle three of henry frimmy and tongo!

Peszko must have the worst 1st touch in th e league, but manages to do something exciting when he has time to bring ball under controll?
