Hope Batth isn't perminant he's a good centre back. Just needs to go to a bigger team than Wednesday.

Hennessey is worth more than 7 seven million if De Gea is worth the better part of 17 million.

Wolves looking at signing another young, prolific European midfielder/striker, I've heard from a source within the club Wolves have contacted five clubs about potential transfer's in this window.

The players I have heard are:

Jelle Vossen, 22 year old striker currently playing at Genk, scored 17 goals already this season. Wolves want him for £4m, but Genk are believed to want in the region of £6m.

Olivier Giroud, 25 year old striker currently playing at Montpellier, scored 12 goals this season and has been linked with several clubs abroad from France. Probably a bit out of our range, as they want £10m for him.

André Alves, voted best player in the Hungarian league last year, and has scored 24 goals for Videoton this season. They want £5m for him.

Artjoms Rudņevs, Latvia striker who impressed during the European qualifiers, is a proven goalscorer with 29 goals in 44 games for current club Lech Poznan. Could come on the cheap too, for around £2.5m.

And finally, with a view to an end of season loan deal, Wolves have enquiried about the availibility of out-of- favour Bayern Munich striker Nils Petersen, who can't get any game time with Mario Gomez ahead of him in the pecking order. Would be an absolute steal, if this were to happen as he's the next best thing to Muller coming out of Germany's forwards.

They all sound impressive but we're are these rumours from? Do you have a source?

Seems a lot of money to spend on a championship bound team....

Don't worry Wolves have the money, now go and do your homework.

What team do you support then?

A lot of clubs have looked in too Olivier Giroud, and you are wrong, the pricetag is much bigger, double up at least.

Just got this from the Mirror - Wolves boss Mick McCarthy has made an opening bid of £1 million for Bristol City striker Nicky Maynard - but been told to increase his offer.

McCarthy wants highly-rated Maynard to join his survival fight and is keen to take advantage of his contract dispute with the Robins.

However Derek McInnes has rejected the initial approach and wants around £2.5 million for Maynard, although he is open to swap offers.

Gibo.

Feeling good about this one not the first time we have been linked with him UTW! who would you swap?

I'd rather have him than Piquionne and to get him for £2million would seemingly be a bargain. Although we'd have to wait to see if he can cut it in the premier league though paying £2million and getting relegated when we should've payed £7million and got Kenwynne Jones could be our downfall. If we get him for £2-3million I would expect us to look for another CB for at least the same sort of price.

I would swap Keogh or Vokes myself but I think Barnsley want Keogh.Bristol want 2.5 million for Maynard so we could still yet get a defender.

Straight swap with SEB,let's be honest here,he ain't cut it at this level, but he's a killer in the championship,Maynard could just be the 1 for us to partner Fletcher.

SEB is a bit better than Keogh & Vokes.Maynard may be good in the championship but SEB was almost prolific so we could just end up with another SEB.
Gibo.

Why buy another championship striker when we have the best striker in the championship on our bench in SEB ?
