Hearing a rumour that KJ is looking to overhaul his backroom staff in the summer with the likes of Tony Daley and Pat Mountain facing uncertain futures at the club
I don't think we could improve on them greatly enough to justify sacking either of them.
Getting rid of Pat Mountain would be KJ's first mistake. Look at the quality of goalkeeping we have seen over the last few years. Carl Ikeme is twice the keeper he was when he first broke into the team, and we have good young keepers being developed, i.e. McCarey and Flatt.
Pat Mountain has clearly proved himself at Wolves. Ikeme and McCarey have both done exceptionally well and a part of this will be down to Pat Mountain's coaching.
Letting him go would prove pointless.
Totally agree about pat and Kenny jacket has stated today he is very happy with the goalkeeper department so doesn't fit the bill
Toby Daley I kno we have had a lot of players over the years with groin and hamstring problems which are common in football but I do alway think this has always been his weakness
In Kenny we trust tho!
KJ is head coach, he has no authority to hire or fire other members of the coaching staff
So we just happened to hire Joe Gallen? Of course he has authority about who he works with and who he doesn't. Do you genuinely think the board would risk losing KJ because of a difference in opinion on other members of the coaching staff?
The head coach works with the coaching team, he does not appoint them or fire them. PM & TD were in place long before KJ. Just ask Pepe Mel if he can fire the WBA coaching staff!
Johan Lange sacked along with Solbakken
Mal Purchase and Brian Carey along with Saunders
So yes, Kenny would be able to make changes if he wanted
KJ has who he wants, period, I am too also worried about groin and hamstring injuries, however Murray and Hennesey both suffered the same kicking knee problem from the same coach, I think Mountain is a great coach but something is happenning with flow and strength of hoofing the ball!
Ikem and Hennessey wer both already here when McCarthy Cameand Bobby Mims was coach. Pat Mountain came later after Mimhad gone. he can't really take much credit. I would ask why he culdnt sto Hennesey keepconcedig a his near post - Crystal Place ans have that to look forward too.
Yes that's true they went with the manger but thewell has only really had a say and been more involved this pre season and season
I've always wondered why we have a fitness coast who was rarely fit when he 'played' for us. It's a bit like having Jez as a diet advisor

What's happened to David Davis this season?
Is he injured or just not favoured at the moment?
Whenever he has played he's been awful
So strange when he appeared under terry Connor in the end of the prem season he was awesome full on energy and looked great
Didn't play much In the championship under stale played well for a bit under Saunders until he got injured this year I expected him to boss midfield but he's been poor
From what I've seen and heard of him he I very arrogant and cocky maybe thinks he's to good for league 1 and doesn't fully commit not sure bit McDonald and price have been outstanding so any see him playing any time soon
He has been found out
