I think that we are going to bring in McTominay by midday tomorrow hopefully tonight and focus on bringing in 1 or 2 strikers tomorrow and with the time remaining try to bring in a backup at left back.

Aboubakar would be my number 1 followed by Soares. Don't see Gayle as much of an upgrade on Dicko and Rhodes was good about 4 years ago but not so now.

By the way forgot Julan from my list!

I'm struggling to understand why this would be amazing. Scored 1 in 4 in his career. Just because someone plays for Athletico Madrid, doesn't instantly make them a top player. And he's only scored 7 goals in 40 games since 2015.

I have to say I'm in Johns corner on this one regarding Vietto. His record when it comes to actual goals is pretty ordinary at best for a out and out striker, which i assume he is, and if he isn't an out and out striker why would we sign him, we have enough attacking minded options. Why sign a one goal every 4 matches type of striker? Makes no sense to me.

I think before the window closes we will buy julan, snap up soares on loan with option to buy and palhinha we will buy. So realistically spending just slightly more on fees that we gained by selling bodvarsson, edwards and dicko.
With those three and the squad we already have without a doubt we will go up. can't see us not being promoted. The above players all point to the path fosun have already gone down regarding we look at for value, improvement and assets.

Barewolf its what I think will happen. Also these three names keep cropping up time after time for there not to be substance in it and they make sense in the type of player fosun look at. There was a left back called martin veelar that we were looking at but it seems that watford will get him. I think that's the reason were after colback so atleast we get cover as he's left sided. This then hopefully means were still after a defensive midfielder palhinha so neves becomes more attack minded with his passing ability rather than breaking play up.
