Can't see him going Bournemouth without wolves agreeing a fee and discussing terms with him as he as number 1 target
Perhaps we don't want to pay the fee, KJ has stated we aren't close to signing anyone and to be honest we don't need to sign that many players. Strengthen the squad by all means, but let's not have short memories, we won a league with record points last season. A bit unfair to cast those players aside for new ones if you ask me
Its not casting them aside. Its simply strengthening the squad as a whole. Look at Charlton they too won league 1 with 101 points respectively. But failed to add any key signings for the championship. Whilst they didn't go back down they also didn't get very far either. At bare minimum we need a LB, CB & a ST or two. Whilst I think Dicko will make the grade in the championship, he can't do it all on his own. I don't think Clarke or any of our young strikers can do it therefore I think 1 maybe 2 strikers are needed. I also may be obliged to add an attacking midfielder to that list depending on what we see over pre-season.
Agree we need to strengthen all of those positions someone to battle with Scott g. a cb for cover an attacking midfielder as we all know Edwards won't last a full season and At least 1 sticker if not 2 as Cassidy and macalindon will most likely be out on loan and Clarke if we can't sell can't see him dojng much tbh. Highly doubt well sign many players though be the same old story of we tried

I agree another striker likely to come as Kenny has said Doyle not in his plans and Clarke not really shining either.
