Neil Collins will return to Wolves on a free transfer

Haha we'd be better of with Joan Collins

Oh my God, things are worse than I thought!

Gutted I thought it was brian law

To be fair I would rather have Collins than Johnson or Gorks

Jordan Obita will sign for Wolves on loan off Reading next season. My cousins friend is best mates with his aunt and they are all big Manchester United fans. He seems a nice person.

I actually think there are positives about going down. which I think are.

1. getting rid of the old over paid players (with big egos and attitude). Most of those players haven't performed this year and should be ashamed. Regardless of what style you are told to play, you should always put effort in, most players under who ever haven't even looked like they want to play for club, think if we would of stopped up we would of kept some of the players and even bought gorks.

2. Giving the youth a chance. We are catergary one in youth system which is the best you can get. Our under 21s have performed brilliant all season, our youth what have been coming through into the squad look potentialy like they could be top players. Davis, batth, Forde, Cassidy, mclardian. Could all do a job in league one. it would be perfect to give them that experience, just hope there given a chance. I know Saunders likes old experinced players and his football style seems a lot of hoof football, which isn't nice on the eye, and wouldn't last if we go bk to the prem and doesn't even suit the championship either. we need to get a manger who plays good football, who can develop our players. Swansea started off there style in league one, playing good football and bringing through there youth, same as Norwich and Southampton.

3. Getting to wembely, even though its the paint trophy, I would still actually enjoy the day out and winning something.

On the whole I'm not saying its the best thing ever being relegated, I would be in the championship or prem anyday. But what's happened has happened now. And you might aswell get some positives out of the whole disaster or you will never move forward.
And btw I don't think Morgan actually wants us in league one, I don't think he's that stupid or would actually like not earning money, I just think he's misguided and takes a lot of advice off people, who aren't from a footballing background or have the experience. Think we need someone with experience ASAP! Also a new manager. I'm not confident deano has the knowledge to get us where we want to be and want to achieve as a club or could develop our players by playing the style what he does

DTM

DTM u seem to take it for granted we will get promotion and win the Johnsons Paint trophy? If Morgan stays in charge we will achieve neither! Paul Tamworth

I agree, we need to look at the positives, which are, we now have the chance for a real fresh start. Get rid of Saunders. He should never had been in the running for the job, and its proved to be true. We need a new manager, who wants to play good football, who has a clear vision for the club. One person who springs to mind would be Edgar Davids. I'm sure many would disagree, but we need someone, like him, who the young players can get excited about playing for and Saunders definiately isn't it.

Thats funny Paul? I thought you were Morgans biggest fan when he sacked Solbakken and appointed Saunders?

I really find it difficult to find any positives about relegation to Div 1. Even if we get promoted next season and the season after we will still have lost £100 million of revenue. There was so much heartache and hard work getting to the Prem that to have blown it for the sake of a new stand instead of team strenghtening was criminal and now we are back where we were 20 years ago. I am by no means certain that we have reached the end of our slide either. let's face it the club is in turmoil and I have absolutely no confidence that Morgan has the ability or desire to sort it out. I fear a lean time ahead unless Morgan goes. I just hope there is someone out there who will take over from him and buy the club.

I hoped Morgan was going to do the biz especially after he went after Liverpool, but it hasn't happened! We have only had substandard managers for years, even Sir Jack didn't back Dave Jones financially when we were in the Prem! Unless we get an owner who is football minded or willin to employ football minded people at board level we will remain a lower division club for years to come! There are no positives about relegation! Paul Tamworth

I back you 100% Paul, I haven't always but you have literally taken the words out of mouth, well put sir, well put.
SIMMO

Paul you obviously didn't read my post. I said we need to employ some one with football knowledge at the end of my Post. I've said he's misguided, he even said it himself, he needs people to advise him, you honestly think his plan was to get us into league 1? I think a lot of blame should be towards the players! How managers do u need to have? before you realise the players don't want to be there? No way did they try there hardest yesterday or perform to the best of there ability. Our team is the highest wages in the championship, so that's not Morgan's fault that the players aren't earning there wages. I think the players are getting off lightly. Morgan hasn't done most things right but I think it's abit harsh to blame him for everything, when there's players on the pitch who A few years back beat chelsea and man utd, then yday couldn't beat burnley who had ten men for 30 mins, we haven't looked good all season. the players haven't got the heart or desire to play for wolves, so if they do leave this season and it had to be for us to get relegated, for them to go I will see that as a positive and if our youth come through and get given a chance, that is a positive, you think Cassidy or bath would be playing for us if we stopped up? Or do you think gorks and Johnson would be at the back? There's no point dwelling on it now wem relegated end of. I do agree with you, if a chairman came in with more money willing to spend on the team and bought someone in with football knowledge I would be all up for it. I'd rather have our chairman than blackburns or some of the other dodgy ones. Your just a stress head paul you change your opinion like anything, solbakken is great! Solbakken is a person! The futures bright the futures deano! Deano is to blame! U remind of that film me myself am Irene. do u even know what your saying half the time?. And please read my post properly

DTM

Sorry DTM but when I started readin, and u used the words going Down and Positives in the same sentence that's when I stopped reading! There are no positives at the moment, hopefully in 12 months time there will be! Paul Tamworth

Surely the main positive about relegation (which hasn't actually, officially happened yet!) will be clearing out the deadwood! Getting rid of the players who will think they're too good for League 1. These players have clearly lost the fire and hunger that attracted Mick McCarthy to them. Without those attributes they're nowhere near the same players they were when we signed them! Get rid of the players that want to go, bring up the "young and hungry" talent from the Under 21s/Reserves. Start building a positive mentality. It can be done. Deano rebuilt Donny last season and laid the foundations for their promotion this season. The key is losing this "what we have is good enough" attitude, because I think this season has proved for certain that it isn't true.

Forever We Are Wolves!

I would rather be clearing the deadwood out in the Championship! Paul Tamworth

We must get rid of Saunders, I'd put him in the same bracket as Connor. Being in league 1 will be bad enough, but having to listen to Saunders twoddle week in week out anymore, will be unbearable.

Regardless of what league we're in, the deadwood needs clearing out. Of course we'd all rather be doing that in The Championship, but the fact of the matter is. it's likely to happen in League 1. If we want the younger players to develop into first team players then League 1 could actually be the better place for that to happen. I know we want to be in The Championship next season but in order to bring on the younger players, and hopefully get a winning mentality back in the squad, then League 1 might not be such a bad thing.

(Don't take this as me saying I'm glad with how things have gone. because I'm as cheesed off as anyone at the dire displays over the last 16 months!)

I saw a picture on one of the news sites. It was of Moxey he was sat there at the end of the game, presumably whilst the fans where hurling abuse at him. I know it all sounds normal so far, but he had a smug look on his face. A looks as if to say mission accomplished. The photos I have seen of Morgan and Moxey after the game are concerning. They look as though they don't give a you know what. The future looks very bleak. before the start of this season I thought to myself at least we will see some wins this season. How wrong was I! I dare to think the same again.

What rubbish. Both Morgan and Moxey were back in the boardroom as soon as the final whistle went and before a single fan had jumped the boards. Stop trying to cause more trouble by making up nonsense.
I'm not happy with the job Morgan has done either but let's be sensible here. The way to make money out of a football club is Not to take it from the prem to league 1. This guy knows how to make money, he just has no idea how to run a football club. Football is totally different from any other business and the people who run successful clubs have people who know football involved somewhere - we do not.
As much as I hate them you have to say that Sandwell town are showing our board how it should be done!
Tommo

The owner, board, managers and players have let us down so badly! The only way this club will get back to any respectability is for Morgan to sell, then we start again! 24000 there yesterday, unless there is a complete overhaul in the summer they will be lucky to have 12000 for the start of 13/14 season! Roll on the fixture list! Openin game, Carlisle v Wolves! And let's not forget we can start in the F. A. Cup 1st round instead of 3rd! We might even be drawn against Tamworth! Then we've got the excitement of the Johnsons Paint Trophy! FFS! Our club is in a mess! Please sell Morgan and give us the chance of a future, instead of slowly killin our club! Paul Tamworth

Morgan left before the final whistle, so how can there be pictures f him post match?

Where are these photos

There is no way M&M will be feeling anything but frustration and hurt at this result. The quality of their decision making can certainly be questioned but don't read anything into their body language. No point them wailing and pulling their hair out even if you think you would like to see that. Just as their is no point in smashing property, repair costs will probably come out of the transfer fund.

The silence is deafening, wtf is happening, can't find the words to describe how I feel, catastrophic decisions made with no explicable reason, mr Morgan you are responsible you and your pie munchin muppet and your underachieving superstar wannabes need railroading outta town. the crap you and your 1 million salaried CEO have sold us down the river the bs we heard at the fans parliament it's all lies. sell the club to someone who cares. you are an embarrasment.

The pictures are on a news site based in Birmingham. I can't say that they were of them at the end of the match. That's why I said presumably. The reason why I though they were taken at the end of the games is because they are the last pictures in the playlist.

The news site is called Birmingham M**L

Have heard when our relegation is confirmed every player will be transfer listed and our squad next season will be loanees free agents and u-21s and that no funds will be available for transfers unless the incoming monies outway the predicted losses for next season.

Already excited bout next season, can wait to see what half of the draw we will be in for the johnsons pants trophy.

Deanos plot to raid donny in the summers gone down the pan then. never mind a decent run in the jp trophy will bring in the missing millions unless we draw Luton in the first round of course.

Just been talking to some wrexham fans in kiddy and they have heard wolves are going to do a deal taking Neil Ashton and jay Harris from wrexham to wolves with 2 of our u21s going to them on loan one being Evans.

Sounds about right that for wolves. buy cheap pay twice. ashton and Harris from wxm----- you lot are going to the conference. up the wurzels, look forwards to taking 6 points from you losers next season

If we employ a new manager we need to get someone in with experience. Someone who knows, who to buy and how to handle egos. Please no more punts by bringing in 'wild cards' it doesn't work as has been proved.

Who the hell are the wurzels?
