Hi guys anyone else heard about Elliot Bennett coming to Wolves on loan. Think he could be a good signing for us as he could cover our defensive problems. He also has a attacking mind which would be good for us I believe.

Elliot Bennett is currently out on loan at Bristol City. Ryan Bennett was recalled to Norwich's starting XI for the game at home to West Brom. Wouldn't be confident on either happening.

Don't count on any loan signings coming in, won't be much activity Jan either IMO. Unless we sell Rowe and Saville and La Parra, what ever money we make on them, we will be able to spend. Can't see it being much more than 500k between them.

Anyone else head the rumours surrounding a US Consortium involving Robbie Keane and Glenn Hughes? Apparently Glenn hughes was on WM last week and certainly didn't deny anything. If anything, seemed to be telling Franksy not to worry, everything will get sorted . or words to that effect.

If its US money don't expect spending beyond that which will generate a profit. So first off there will be intensive negotiation over price and no way will Morgan deliver up a bargain. Then if they can find an agreeable price keep your eyes on exra debt raised against assets like Compton. Morgan has run the club like a conventional business rather than a football club but at least the assets are sound. I really don't want a Man Utd scenario.

He says Keane, Plant, Huges involved. He also said they are lining up Paul Ince as manager with Alex Ferguson in some kind of advisory position.
Said it would be sorted by Christmans.
I'm not holding my breath but something needs to be done quickly.

It is only a rumours site, old cocka. Personally, I doubt anything will change for years, but it would be a very uninteresting site if we didn't share the rumours. No matter how far fetched.
And the rumour didn't say "Ferguson in", if said as an advisor. This might be him just giving a few tips over a coffee. Certainly not a paid job. He's got his horses to worry about.
