Ebanks Blake to sign for Ipswich Town - source Express and Stir.
Personally I think we should of kept him ok he was injured but now he's coming back from injury I think he would of been banging the goals in at this level.
Good luck to him I say.

He did not want to play in League One so we had no choice about keeping him. Good luck to him though, a fine servant of the club whilst he was here.
If he ran there he might lose some weight.
Is he better than Siggy or Griffiths?

Hard to say, DAT. A different kind of striker - an old style heavyweight centre forward I guess, like Andy Gray of old. Siggy and Griffiths have more speed and their youth and rawness is probably what we have lacked in the past. And I guess we can add that they both play for their respective countries!
Siggy & SEB would have made a fantastic pairing I reckon, although not sure it would have worked with Griff & SEB.
Anyway, it was never going to happen, but I do wish SEB all the best. He never really got (or never really took) the chance whilst we were top-flight, but he was a true servant in the Championship
Move on I say, old news, good servant to the club don't get me wrong but has fitness issue and I think we've had the best out of him already.
Even though his contract ran out before the season he's still been receiving treatment and training with us so I don't think that's a good servant do you?

I agree we should show him respect, I will if he ever returns with another team, good servant. However, he was part of a team that lost its way, best for all parties if he moves on.
