Saw betting suspended on Dougie freedman next manager wtf.

25 Oct 2016 20:53:34
If that happens I'll be devastated! It wasn't long ago that he was slagging Wolves off before we played Forest! It would be another Saunders appointment and a definite time bomb! He was an average player and a poor manager!

25 Oct 2016 20:54:41
Double Freedman you're having a laugh.

25 Oct 2016 21:04:52
Was suspended but now 7/ 4 favourite.

25 Oct 2016 21:10:24
Thts for wigan u joker.

25 Oct 2016 21:22:53
No its not joker 5/ 4 now have a look on .

25 Oct 2016 21:43:19
Why? Just why? Makes no sense.

25 Oct 2016 21:48:54
I know only one man for me is big sam if not leave Edwards in charge.

25 Oct 2016 21:51:54
If it's 5/ 4, basically it's at the point where the bookies won't take any more bets. Looks like it could be a done deal to me. The bookies never go that low unless they basically have inside knowledge. So much for Big Sam or Silva, anyway.

25 Oct 2016 21:55:00
Would rather zenga thn freedman.

25 Oct 2016 21:56:48
Yh even money now on .

25 Oct 2016 22:00:18
Apologies lyndon just seen it very worried if we're going for him my aswell go for Robinson.

25 Oct 2016 22:01:10
omg 1/ 1! He has it.

25 Oct 2016 22:01:46
Evens now noòoooooooooooooooooooo plez noooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

25 Oct 2016 22:07:01
Is mendes his neighbour or wht.

25 Oct 2016 22:08:34
Where does it say this, can't find it anywhere, but please please please let this be a mistake. We are doomed otherwise.

25 Oct 2016 22:13:54
Is he sleeping with Shi, or something? Madness, absolutely madness.

25 Oct 2016 22:23:23
Bolton on most betting sites mate I couldn't find it and news now wolves.

25 Oct 2016 22:24:33
Hearing freedman will be at the game Saturday prior to him getting the job.

25 Oct 2016 22:25:07
Report: Wolves put 39-year-old manager on shortlist to replace Zenga, Mendes' role explained.

25 Oct 2016 22:25:24
Found it! Good God NO!

25 Oct 2016 22:28:09
Silva going to get it if u ask me second fav.

25 Oct 2016 22:31:56
News now in last hour saying silva one ov the favs and mendes role in it to.

25 Oct 2016 22:39:08
Let's face it Zenga was only at short odds 2 mins before he got there job and Silva was the favourite last time. I think it's going to be left field and someone who's not even mentioned by the bookies.
If Mouriniho caries on he could be here the end of the year 😂😂.

25 Oct 2016 22:42:02
Who on earth has put freedman forward to be our next manager? Out of all the managers out of work at the moment how has his name popped up? Please can someone enlighten me because I'm really struggling to see any sense in this at all.

25 Oct 2016 22:52:35
Small glimmer of hope the sackrace has big sam as 3-1 favourite for wolves job, silva is 5-1.
As for they have zenga at 50-1 and Alex ferguson 50-1 lol.

25 Oct 2016 23:38:30
Infact, I'd appoint Judah and Spiers as the new coaching team. They'd definitely to a better job than Freedman or Sherwood.

25 Oct 2016 23:59:41
Freedman is 7/ 5 favourite as of 2359hrs.

26 Oct 2016 03:00:17
Big Sam 5/ 2 second favourite not 100% sure but I think 7/ 5&5/ 2 isn't a massive massive difference but I think with freedman and with sherwood who were both 33/ 1 I think people have been betting on them like rival fans which have pushed there odds up to wind Wolves fans up tbh.

26 Oct 2016 04:54:42
If you put a pound on 7/ 5 you win 2.40 if you put a pound on 5/ 2 you win 3.50 that's not massive difference between big Sam and freedman but like I say I think
Other fans are on a wind with freedman by betting on him,

The odds however are the same (sort of) freedman 11/ 10 with betvictor if you put a pound on wins you 2.10 big Sam 3/ 1 put a pound on wins you 4.00 see there's not a massive difference between them and I'm pretty sure Wolves won't appoint freedman and I think it's a bit of a wind up from other fans betting on them.

26 Oct 2016 07:28:30
2 Men should only be considered AVB and Big Sam.

Nobody else out there good enough for what the owners are after.

26 Oct 2016 07:57:40
If Freedman is nailed on come on bookies push the other candidates out in price.
My man is there at a decent price.

26 Oct 2016 08:12:29
Other team's fans aren't going to be putting on the money required to shorten Freedman into 11/ 8 (as he now is) just to wind up Wolves fans. That would take thousands of pounds. In my view Fosun are either being poorly advised (yet again) or the bookies don't really know and have placed Freedman at the top of the list in order to dupe unsuspecting soles into having a bet. I sincerely hope that it's the latter.

26 Oct 2016 08:31:06
Someone's having a laugh. Dougie freedman! May as well employ Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck. It's got to be a WBA fan on a wind up! Putting Dougie Freedman in charge is about as responsible as putting a cat in charge of a mouse!

26 Oct 2016 11:39:48
Looks like Vitor Pereira is the likeliest at the moment. He's Portuguese (so that increases his chances straightaway) and available having left Fenerbahce in August. Averages over 2 points a game but that may not be as good as it looks given Porto are one of his former clubs.

26 Oct 2016 12:02:36
He's now 3/ 1 second favourite behind Freedman. Big Sam is 5/ 1 and Silva out to 10/ 1.

25 Oct 2016 18:16:57
Well posted 2 days ago that we needed a change but didn't expect that quickly.
Heard a whisper that we might consider Marc Wilmots as next manager who has just turned down Algerian job, is out of work and Mendez is his agent.
Really hope that this is NOT the case.
Would really like Big Sam or Marco Silva problem is Big Sam would want to sign his own players.
We could aim really high and go for Roberto Mancini! ., if only!?

25 Oct 2016 20:28:32
Paul Ince just tweeted 'take me home'. At least someone wants it. And you know you'd get 100%. Him and Alex Rae would make an interesting team but I suspect it's not what the new owners will be looking for.

25 Oct 2016 15:26:17
car park alert:

zenga's car parked up outside Molineux.
mr dalrymple also there as well.
no players at Molineux so no training at stadium.
there must be an emergency meeting going on.
I only mention this as I thought zenga was based at compton.

25 Oct 2016 16:17:51
you think they are going to appoint Walter Zenga? lol. his car is there as its been handed back surely.

25 Oct 2016 16:57:30
I said we would waste 4 months when he was appointed, I was a month out. Hipfully this time they can take there time and appoint someone with the right credentials. Because we ain't making the top 6 this season.

25 Oct 2016 17:00:56
I wonder if we could do a Newcastle and go all out for Mancini?

25 Oct 2016 17:39:16
I posted that message at 1pm but was not moderated later.

25 Oct 2016 18:43:41
It could well be an Italian like Mancini or Zola 'cos Butti hasn't gone.

25 Oct 2016 19:18:10
Zola.

25 Oct 2016 14:54:41
The Zenga Bus has broken down!
Karl Robinson early favourite for the job. Marco Silva also heavily rumoured. Enough nonsense, no more pie-in-the-sky appointments. In my opinion, BIG SAM. While we can still dream of promotion.

25 Oct 2016 15:24:10
I think we all knew that was coming. It is now or never for 'big' Sam and I think he'd take it for a 'big' salary. Absolutely perfect timing and they've definitely got someone lined up, or Zenga would have survived 2 more games.

It's definitely either Sam or Marco Silva - I just doubt Shi going British with his Portuguese connections. Really hope I'm wrong and they do exactly what the fans want this time. They missed 'big' Bruce, and I sincerely hope they don't miss 'big' Sam too.

25 Oct 2016 15:31:34
Big Sam please.

25 Oct 2016 15:37:46
No way sherwoood is our man!

25 Oct 2016 15:46:35
Can't believe people are actually seriously mentioning Sherwood, what a complete and utter waste of time that would be.

25 Oct 2016 15:59:25
It will be allardyce.

25 Oct 2016 16:28:05
Totally agree wavidsmith, would love Sam in but not sure if Who's going to choose by the fans.

25 Oct 2016 16:52:17
and don't anyone say Giggs, unless you want us to be relegation candidates. To be fair, both Silva and Sam are both top notch managers.

25 Oct 2016 17:02:51
You forgot A V Boas
He has experience of English football
He speaks English
He is out of work
Oh yes his agent is . you guessed it!

25 Oct 2016 17:12:27
Sherwood!

Madness.

25 Oct 2016 17:36:11
Big Sam or AVB allllllll day long.

25 Oct 2016 17:55:52
bring back Mick. Experience in getting out of this league with 2 clubs. Never had money at Wolves when he was in charge. Offer him big bucks. No Big Sam please - way too dodgy for our owners.

25 Oct 2016 18:00:07
I will go with either Stu.

25 Oct 2016 19:08:37
Big Mick!? NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! It took us three years to sort out and get rid of the rubbish he left behind on big contracts. The man is poison and I want him nowhere near Molineux. OK now all you moron lovers can shout me down but I am entitled to my opinion and will continue to loathe the man.

25 Oct 2016 20:49:04
Some respect Doncaster. Mick, in my eyes at least and to many others, is a Molineux legend. He got us to the promised land and kept us there. Mick was a tremendous servant and I would take him back in a heartbeat. Just think he is struggling at Ipswich and also would have major reservations in returning; even having dispensed of the mafia previously in charge.

25 Oct 2016 13:56:18
ZENGAS BIN SACKED!

25 Oct 2016 14:55:13
Marco Silva 6/ 4 favourite.

25 Oct 2016 14:56:40
Marco Silva 6/ 4 favourite.

25 Oct 2016 15:36:12
What about Tim sherwood?

25 Oct 2016 16:31:15
Big Sam 2/ 1.

25 Oct 2016 17:54:03
Big Sam!

25 Oct 2016 13:35:04
Zenga is going. Rob Edwards will take charge of the team on Saturday.

25 Oct 2016 14:36:23
Can I just say 4-0 Swansea.

25 Oct 2016 14:48:50
Here we go again, on the magic roundabout, with zebardi looking for our next manager! WIZ should have been given until Xmas or never appointed and Bruce taken on. Time is what is required whoever comes in. Someone who is knowledgable of both premier and championship leagues, proven at the highest level with a track record to back all that up. If we get a foreigner, again he will have to have seriously good credentials. I know it wouldn't happen but Eddie Howe would be my choice. The best productive manager in the country in my humble opinion. He won't leave Bournemouth though as he has an exceptional relationship with the owner and more importantly he is a family man and they love where they are in Bournemouth. Pulis also lives in Bournemouth as does Souness. Hmm!

25 Oct 2016 15:22:08
WOLVESCOAST this is no place for sensible thought out comments like that :)

25 Oct 2016 15:27:05
Souness? Pulis? Stop it WolvesCoast or I might just off myself!

25 Oct 2016 15:05:27
No way thay will have him bfore that. look at jk.

25 Oct 2016 15:44:51
No chaps I'm not suggesting for one second we look at Souness or Pulis but Pulis is tried and tested and at least knows how to get you up and stay there. Don't want him though! Don't like his brand of football, even though it keeps you pointing in the right direction. I do like Eddie Howes brand of football. He's got the lot. Knows all the leagues plays great football and is easily the best young manager in The UK. It's Eddie Howe for me! He's the man for the job, but he won't leave Bournemouth, so it wouldn't happen!

25 Oct 2016 12:47:18
Rumours on other sites sayin Walter been sacked? Willy Sagnol linked?

25 Oct 2016 13:36:14
Not sure where Sagnol has come from. Doesn't make any sense to me.

Silva is Jeff's choice but just been approached by Inter. I guarantee conversations are happening behind the scene and if silva is game then Zenga will be gone asap.

I've heard talks are being concluded today so as zenga is with his family in Dubai he could have made his last trip to Wolverhampton.

25 Oct 2016 14:07:43
Been confirmed.

25 Oct 2016 14:49:57
Well, well, well. Some here predicted that Saturday would be the final straw.

The question is - does Fosun already have another manager lined up? I don't want another Deano or Connor debacle.

25 Oct 2016 15:15:16
ABV or Silva will be the incoming manager. Will be comifirmed by the weekend.

First game in charge - derby at home.

25 Oct 2016 15:42:24
I disagree think giggs or Tim sherwoood should get a chance zenga had no idea beat blues and that's all!

25 Oct 2016 16:19:17
Do I agree that AVB or Silvia are the right choice? Absolutely.

We need somebody to adopt the 433 with a high press and I'm sorry to say we re so far away from doing it it's a joke.
Individuals pressing without support, no clear understanding of when to press and when not to. Lack of movement in midfield. 1 ball to bodi is all we have and if he wins it then maybe Tex, cav or costa get on the ball. We then leave them to it and expect them to beat 2,3,or 4 men every time.

Truly shocking football at times and Zenga had to leave as it was getting worse. He was coaching spontaneous thoughts out of players and was seen arguing with bodi during the game at Leeds. It was poor.

AVB and Silva WILL look to play the football our chief's want. Sam, or Sherwood or giggs won't and won't be given a chance if it starts going wrong.

We need to accept the way our club is moving and stop going on about bringing in players or managers who don't fit in the vision and aim of Sir Jeff.
