Wolves interested in signing CB Shane Lowry on a free transfer. KJ signed Lowry at Millwall and is keen to add him to the squad as cover. Lowry is also keen on the move with him having connections in the West Mids from the Villa game

Would be a decent signing, he's also been linked with a move back to Australia

Can play at LB too

I think boukari and ward might be given another chance at wolves reasons why I think this is:

Ward- left back did well at Brighton and I think KJ might of thought he did well last season for Brighton and would be a good challange for Scotty and saves spending money on a left back

Boukari- can play right mid, left mid and CAM and I think he might be hard one to get off the bill but could do a job and deserves a chance to prove him self In the championship and for wolves (as long as he stays fit) and he's quick so might be someone to bring on to create something In last 10-15 mins when defenders are getting tired

I see where your coming from but wouldn't let ward near the 1st team again, useless, as for Boukari he has a lot to prove and never really got his chance because of injury

Tbh if KJ decides to use them next season the I trust him with that he sees how hard they work in training and how commited they are in training but what gets me with ward is that the express star said this morning ward is only on 13k a week and Brighton can't afford that so he will probably end up staying and boukari is 20k a week is going to very hard to move on but whatever happens I trust KJ but I hope they get another chance along with doumbia

I think it would be better all round if Ward moved on, there's to many who just can't forgive him for being in the team that got relegated. Shame because he's a good full back at this level. You know our record of ex players who score against us so look out next season

What about doumbia wouldn't mind seeing him given another chance yes he was inconsistent but when he played well was brilliant would be good to see if KJ will get the best out if him

Tbh I think doumbia and McDonald would be a good pair in the holding midfield role and I think they way KJ plays would suit him more that of than solbaken

Before the season finished Jacket said he was waiting to hear back off Doumbia's representatives. About a week later he then stated he won't be with us next season. So one can only assume he doesn't fancy it. Pity because he certainly has got something.

Kenny's mumblings a few weeks ago suggested he wasn't interested in any of the returning loanees, including Tongo. But if he can't land the players he is looking at then they may be his best option.

I agree that Tongo Doumbia would do well in the squad but will need to prove himself to be first choice ahead of RVLP, Edwards, McDonald, Henry, Jacobs, Evans and Sako. (And Davis, Forde, Ismail and anyone else who happens not to be on loan).

We were lucky with injuries last season, compared with previous seasons. It wouldn't be unusual to have at least 2 midfielders out of action at any one time. When Edwards and Sako were both out we managed.

Kenny comfired about 1hour ago that the only people that weren't his plans are
Johnson
Doyle
Ward
Ohara
So I think doumbia and boukari might be given a chance In pre-season to prove there worth

Plus sako, doumbia and dicko all play together for mail and were born in France so could we see those three working well together and making us and better plus so does boukari so let me me say it again could boukari, doumbia, sako and dicko all work well together knowing they have that French/mail connection

Id give Boukari a chance to prove himself but not Doumbia, he started well but his attitude changed towards the end of the season became lazy and very uninterested, seems if we start struggling or have a dip in form he's not the player we'd want on the pitch

Matt I don't know where you are getting your info, but Doumbia, Boukari and the others are definitely not in Kenny's plans as printed in the paper yesterday. Apart from youngsters getting experience none of the loans will play for us under Kenny unless the first team all catch malaria or something.

E&S reports Hull will up the ante for Harry Maguire, whilst Sky's Transfer Centre states the won't bid any more. Time for Wolves to make their move I think

Reports also filtering through that Sheffield Utd want £3million for him, both Wolves and Hull unwilling to pay that much for the player.

It's getting a bit boring tbh I don't think we should pay anymore than what we've offered and if they think they will get 3 million that's ridiculous!

From memory, we spent what was it £1.6m on Stears and £2.2m on Berra? So no point in hardballing for a bargain basement price, because that ain't going to happen. And if we were in Sheff U's position we'd be taking a similar stance. However, one way or t'other, the lad won't just walk into first team football with either club. wolfshead.

Wolves look to sign Rajiv van la Parra's Heerenveen team mate- 25yo Centre Forward Alfred Finnbogason.
He has scored 59gls in 70games for the club and could cost around £3.5million

He's going to Spain.

You never know if RVLP has a little word in his ear

Would not be a bad signing if come off

Herenveen valued him at £8m in January. why would they sell him for less than half that now!

Hes joining real sociedad, non rumour

Maybe his contract running down

Try offering 2mill and rj joh sw kd kf and jezza maybe they would ask for 4 mill with our players ha ha
