Live in the South West and supported Wolves all my life. Going up to see thembash Bristol City the week after next and can see us having a great run after January. You only have to look at the signings like super Sako that SS has made to see that the guy knows what he is doing. Give the guy time and he will deliver but if he doesnt? Well thats just the Wolves way isnt it!
Mac the South West Wolf

Wicked I hope you get a good game I'm a Wolves fan from down South on the Isle of Wight glad to see another Wolves fan down South. Only me and my dad seem to be Wolves fans around here

South west here too. SS needs more time and cash needs to be spent wisely. Changing the style and building for the future does not bring instant success. Have faith and support SS for what he is trying to do.

Wimbornewolf

Wish our owner was the QPR one! We would still be in the Prem now! No messin about, u don't get the results your gone! Take notice 2 M's football is a results business !! Paul Tamworth

There is three more of us in Gloucestershire who are life long wolves fans. Cant wait to see us perform again like the good old days !

Its good to see some positive posts on here instead of the doom mongering of late. Im 100% certain Stale will turn this club around. Rome wasnt built in a day and its going to take a full season to get his team in place.

Newark Wolf

Soth east wolves fan here to,more of us than you think

Wolves fan living in Crystal Palace..... getting lots of stick down here {Ed007's Note - You guys should get together and start a supporters club.}

Paul T, Get the Bee out of your Bonnet FFs, it's getting more than a bit tediuous now, S.S. aint going nowhere deal with it and stop bloody moaning.UTW

Loads of us here, and also going to the Bristol City games - plane, train and automobile

South west here too, Devon (Although I am back and forth from the midlands a lot still..) Lets get off SS's back, get behind the team instead of in it's way and wait for injuries to pass and a whole new transfer window..

We'll be reet

Paul from Tamworth have a look at how many people disagree with your tedious, pessimistic and negative posts. We aint in the prem - get over it; SS aint going nowhere - get over it and if we had an owner like QPR's we would be bottom of the prem and playing championship football next season. Start talking sense or otherwise butt out!

UTW??? That wasn't a moan! Just an observation of how owners who care what the fan thinks act! Il moan tomorrow if we don't beat forest! Paul Tamworth

I go all home games and 75% of away, ive got my own opinion and I don't care who disagrees, I'm not a sheep! This team is playin negative football and at the moment I can't see it changing! Hope I'm wrong but I don't think so! Paul Tamworth

Tell me when you don't moan Paul, oh yes when your asleep then again you might do it then as well. J.M.

Ed 007. They have already got a supporters club down in the capital. They're called London Wolves. My mates a member. They've even got there own web site. {Ed007's Note - My bad :-)

Loads of us come up frm northampton 2! We are Wolves!

How about Suffolk?

Paul Tamworth {Ed003's Note - I'm not doing it Paul on my watch,we will end up like the other night when folk get upset,unless you all accept banter without whinging I'm not posting,others Ed's might but I wont }

Paul Tamworth {Ed003's Note - lol,cheers.}

Another loyal Wolves fan, born in Bridgnorth, living in North Somerset, my boy (12) also gold and black. My brother (in Exmouth) Wolves through and through and his two grandsons in Swindon (even though their Dad's a Magpie!). Six of the family come 7/8 games a season. Western Wolves R Us

Wolves fan from kent here

Wolves fan in South Lincs here. there are a few of us in Boston. the local team even play in similar colours to make us feel at home

I do not know why everyone is so negative. Wolves are three wins form top 6 place and ss is stil changing the play style and moving some of the dead wood out. All he needs is a out and out striker and a desent defensive midfielder and a good center back in jan and they sould be good enough to go up at the end of the season

No wins in 7!! Paul Tamworth

Honestly, we could win the Championship and FA Cup and get into europe and there'd still be folk on here moaning.

3 points from 7 matches.

Oh yes, because of course everybody above us will all lose there next 3 games. I give up.

An out-an-out striker? We have one. Leigh Griffiths who is banging in goals for fun at Hibs.

Mickey mouse league, seen him in a couple of pre season matches , too lighweight. ...although he did score in the one... hmm

POSITIVE NEWS!! Forest have sold out their ticket allocation!! Here's hopin for a good atmosphere Saturday and a Positive result for the Mighty Wolves!! Paul Tamworth

Frank Nouble scores goals but only in friendlies and cup games saying that neither of them have had a chance in the league.

Moaner of the week goes to................. paul tamworth

That's better Paul T, you seem a bit happier this afternoon nice to see. Keep the faith Buddy. P.J.

Lol, thanks for the award, does it get me a pint and a burger and an afternoon in the dug out to kick some arses and get my point of view across? Best remove the dug out actually because there will be more than one hole in it if I'm there for 90 minutes!! ;) Paul Tamworth

It's OK lads , Wardy says "We still have time to do a Reading".

Gibo.

Paul tamworth wins a cd of 'always look on the bright side of life!' (Play it long, play it loud lol)

Paul Tamworth is one of the few realists on this site,we wll want positives but at the moment they are few and far between,it ain't good off the pitch and it ain't gud on the pitch.we are 16th in a poor league and if we don't get 3points Saturday we will be cut adrift of better teams than we are.in transition so how can you be sure we are gonna go forward as I for one can't see it. You all seem to think one day we will wake up wolves will be playing attractive free flowing football pickin up win after win, sorry don't see it now and can't see it in the near future, how long can we wait for barca style footy to come to the mol.how many steps back have we got to take before we take any forward.

^ Thanks Paul.

hi ed ,so its the last day of the loan window,do you know anything or ,are wolves sticking what we have got ? jason wolvesfor life {Ed002's Note - There is nothing I am aware of Jason.}

I heard were getting Roberto Di Matteo on loan. Just joking , I think we will be looking at more players coming in during the January transfer window and possibly some being moved on . Stale by now must be well aware of our inadequacies , on a personal note we need an out and out striker , imagine where we would be without Sako? SEB does not seem interested and Doyle has been found wanting of late. Perhaps somebody in the Henry role in the MF ?, I rate Henry but his red card tally is bordering on the ridiculous.

Gibo.

He's only had 4 red cards in his career but he has had 63 yellows.

I'd hardly call 4 red cards in over 350 games "bordering on the ridiculous". Use a little common sense Gibo

Agree with Gibo name players preferably captains with worse than that in 350 games. Henry does a job for us but theres better out there if you take away his tackling ability what does he have to offer us?

TDW

If memory serves me right the following are footballers with more red cards than Karl Henry.

Duncan Ferguson 8
Patrick Vieira 8
Richard Dunne 8
Roy Keane 7
Andy Cole 6
John Hartson 6
Franck Queudrue 6
Lee Cattermole 6
Nicky Butt 6
Martin Keown 6
Alan Smith 6
Vinnie Jones 6
Jason Wilcox 5
Kerimoglu Tugay 5
Carlton Palmer 5
Ugo Ehiogu 5
Luis Boa Morte 5
Steve Lomas 5
Steven Gerrard 5
Scott Parker 5
Frank Sinclair 5
Francis Benali 5
Joey Barton 5
Don Hutchison 5
Frank Leboeuf 5
Dennis Wise 5
Nikos Dabizas 5
Lee Bowyer 5
George Boateng 5 {Ed011's Note - That is one good memory.

Trouble with Henry is that his yellow card tally earns him too many one-match bans. Needs to adjust his tackling technique in this day and age of little or no contact and stay out of tackles when there is no threat eg on the flippin half way line!

If my memory serves me well, I think a certain Mr.Steve Bull MBE got 6 red cards....I which we still had him playing now.....
Cannockwolves.....

Ok some good valid names but the thing is going through that list all of them are better than henry.

Nice list of players with most red cards. But you missed a very important one? Kevin Davis.. Cant remember how many he's got? but surely he should be in tht list?

Good call about Kevin Davies but apparently he's only had 2 red cards, however he has had over 100 yellow cards.

Nothing wrong with getting stuck in. Tackles are a fundamental part of the game we love. However, it will soon be illegal and we will just have to be polite and wait for the opposition to let us have a go. Rather risk a yellow than let them waltz through us.
