So Sako has torn his hamstring. Out for at least a month, possibly out for season. I guess we won't be seeing him in Gold and Black again then, as I really cannot see him staying in this league next season (providing we stay up). A crying shame.

And David Edwards has reportedly broken his foot. Does this leave the door open for Pezsko to step up to the plate?C'mon Pezsko, prove Deano wrong and the fans right all along! The time has come for the Pez!

Yeh even if we do stay up with a manager like deano who plays hoof football that doesn't suit him he won't be staying

theres been a lot of romours of some german and french scouts watching him last few weeks to massive shame for him to end the season that way

on the plus hopefully peszko can get his place back and give us an attacking option on the right!

anyones else like to see dorus kept playing in goal for the rest of this season to?

Everton scouts were there to watch Sako today.

With Sako out everybody else will have to step up to the plate.

Times for pesko/hammill to get a crack, and in all fairness wouldn't be suprised if Hunty steeped into it abit more after his 2 assists today! Fair play to him after being booed on! but those who booed him should be ashamed, what he said in papers was right in my opinion, but no matter if you agree or not, he's is a wolves player and while he is in our colours he should be supported and not booed!

Agree nice to see hunty showing wolves fans what he can do, and we came back fighting without sako to win which as got to be good for team spirit, although results didn't go for we, it would of been lot worser if we had lost, need hammill or peszcho to start on right, edwards his not right mid. and keeps getting injured, been good servant but time to move him on, not what we need

The booing of Hunt was disgusting, but it was quickly drowned out the applause!

Here here. And he should be remembered and respected for his goal against blackburn keeping us in premier league.

Hunt is an average player at best!

He has now found his level as for his goal against blackburn he was part of the team that got us in the mess in the first place!

Remember Hunt has mouthed off about the supporters before any supporters passed comments on him so he reaps what he sews in my opinion.
Its players the calibre of Hunt that have brought this club we love to this level so Hunt gets no sympathy or applause from me as he has done nothing to desrve it

His goal did not keep us in the premier league! we stayed up by a clear point despite losing the match against Blackburn.

I agree its bad booing a player like hunt and yes he had a good game getting two assists yesterday

but hunt along with berra henry foley ward edwards are average players who think they are top players on stupid wages I totally agree with people wanting him and the others listed out of the club and young and better players coming through

Well, indirectly Huntys goal did keep us up because then Birmingham had to go on the offensive to score again, which is when they conceded, and the rest is history.

Just saying like.

Hunt played well against B. city woopdedoo. that about his level. Doyle scored against B. city meaning how bloody bad are b. city that we only won 2-1??

So that's Sako out for the rest of the season then, if he has done his hamstring.

I'd like to thank him for all his efforts, I guess that is the last we shall see of him. I really can't see him remaining in the Fizzy Pop league.

So long Bakory. Thanks for your efforts.

What was you saying Ebanks Blake haters?

And blimey Doyle scored too :O

All 3 goals today came from wolves players can someone remind Davies that he is supposed to score in their goal not ours though lol. {Ed011's Note - Stephen Hunt is the real hero today, after he was booed off last time and booed as he came on this time.

Well said ED, and have a good look at their Goal befor you knock Davies. UTW

I have to admit I was like oh no when hunt came on but he made me eat my words and Blake was outstanding

Have to admit ED I agree with you Hunt was the real hero today. {Ed011's Note - Thing with Hunt he has awesome games like today, that Albion game we won 3-1 he was brilliant and needless to say the 3-2 defeat to Blackburn where he scored the goal that kept us up and the rest of the time he can be absent on the pitch. It's probably because of his injuries but it seems like he gets 1 good games for every 2 poor. Maybe he's better as an impact player for now.

The davies comment was meant as a joke not knocking the lad hence why I put "lol" at the end.

I would like to thank Hunt today, for his effort and creating goals. I would also like to say to the "fans" that booed him before entering the pitch that you are an absolute disgrace and I wish you would simply stay away. You are worse than the underperforming players and a complete embarrassment to our famous club.

I agree booing Hunt was a disgrace, it clearly had an effect on him for the first 10min he was on, poor touch etc. ended up being my man of the match, although RJ was also outstanding.

Does anybody else think that the missing link may be changing the goal keeper thought we looked better without hoofing the ball from GK to CF even if the second goal came from a hoof.

Finally, next time we see KI warming up we need to sing his name and support him - must have had a hour of hell thinking that mistake may cast us.

Why all the love for hunt it was B. city for Christ sake let's see him do it against boro,,

You want to change the keeper but sing his name when warming up?

16 Mar 2013 11:12:11
Just heard that Henry is going to be dropped today.
Plz let this true
anyone heard anything

Hope so be happy to see edwards he's been doing quite well and tbf is a good player at this level
along with doumbia or davies

i think ohara shoudl be droppped untill he's fully fit

We might get some goals today then. really hope they sell that bloke.

Anyone else nervous?

We got a goal sadly in our own net.

16 Mar 2013 17:34:59
RJ credited with the assist lol.

16 Mar 2013 09:31:02
if we lose today deano should be sacked, I hope we win big game come on wolves

He should be sacked if we win today never mind lose.
oh and is it me but does Mr Saunders sound like Mr Brent from 'the office' in his interviews.
seriously thou I still think we need a bigger manager at this club NOT yes men.

Let's just concentrate on getting 3 points and closer to safety! Mighty Wolves 2 Bristol city 1! Paul Tamworth

Agree with paul no poiny sakin him at this point we allneed to back him and the team today be loud edge ae team on for the win

and hope we can turn it around and pray tht jez and steve will say thanks for keeping us up but were going fr someone better next year like atkins or mcdermot

Bradley

Let's just sack Saunders now and put Thelwell in charge for the rest of the season. Dean's long hoof football is boring and is taking us down.

Get rid of Ikeme! how anyone rates him as a keeper beggars belief!

People complained when we tried to pass the ball around under Solbakken and now under Saunders people moan that we play it long. what do you want exactly? {Ed011's Note - Under Solbakken all we ever saw was us passing it to no avail along the back line and that's where complaints were made. In the last 20 minutes we were passing well and creating chances.

At least we could attract decent players and keep possession of the football under Solbakken. 20 minutes of passing the ball on the ground against a poor, tired Bristol City side does not make us Barcelona. Saunders out.
