Can't see this being true. We already have Doyle, Fletcher, SEB, Vokes, Sigurdarsson and Nouble. Surely if we were going to sign another striker, a couple would have to leave first.

as i mentioned a couple of weeks ago expect a defender to be signing soon reports of Demidov are correct but also expect movements out of at least 2 defenders i will update you further as this develops

So your telling me that were going to anounce 7 signings even though we have a squad close to 50 ??

Vaagan Moen has only just signed for Lillestrøm. He didn't make any impact at QPR in the Championship.

He didnt make an impact at qpr because he was injured and only played 7 games

He should be i think it was Tim Nash said that he's doing his second part of his fitness test earlier today and should be signed later today but that was a few hours ago it'll probably be official tomorrow now.

Rangers do not exist anymore. They are dead. There is no club. This 'Newco' is a totally new club where the players have no affiliation to. So Wallace isn't going from Rangers, he is effectively a free agent of sorts.

That aside, he'd be a very good signing.

Didn't Lee Wallace agree to transfer his contract to the Newco Rangers? If he has then he's not a free agent. But i'm guessing the Newco will want to sell players cause they won't be able to afford their wages.

He said he would, but Newco aren't in the position to sign anyone right now (they haven't even secured Ibrox yet!).

The players from Rangers are able to have their contracts transferred to Newco with exactly the same terms as they had at Rangers, making them simply unaffordable.

If Newco take them on they have to sell them. But it's a risky strategy; there are no guaranteed takers and, if it goes wrong, some hefty wages are owed by a club with little income.

Having worked in insolvency, all players will transfer to Newco under TUPE regulations. They're all still Rangers players and they can demand a fee.

Radio Marca reporting that Demidov has signed for us. Take no notice they are as reliable as Wolvesinsider {Ed001's Note - they can be reliable, it really depends on which journalist wrote it, just like any newspaper. Though they mostly work as the mouthpiece for Real Madrid.}
