In 56 years of following the Wolves, I cannot bring myself to travelling up to Wolverhampton for the foreseeable future. This has got to be the worst shower of sh** I've ever seen assembled at the Molineux. Please PL, get it sorted and quick. And Jeff, show Thelwell the door and about 15 of the playing staff. Keep JDB as a permanent fixture and bring Gallagher in to play alongside him. Also, give our bright kids a chance. At least the effort will be there.

Been going for over 60yrs Wolfie and I agree, half the first team squad are div1 at best. Begining to question my sanity going there in the winter mths with my COPD making myself ill. Fed up of the players talking the talk week in week out. Come the game same old! Fed up.

A back line of Docherty, Hanley, Williamson and Marshall would be strong and I'm sure PL is thinking something similar, especially as the Marshall rumours continue. Would also love to see us beat the Villa and grab Barton on a free. The Robbie Keane rumour is strange as I doubt he could keep a decent level up in championship, but he has proved everyone wrong before.

It makes one laugh when you think that Iorfa and Hause are in young England's defence. Doesn't say a lot for the future of the national team. Twas only a few months ago we could have picked up £12m+ for them now they are not worth half that. And their value is declining week by week.
What must it be like for Ikeme, Lonergan and Burgoyne to have the "comedy of errors" playing in front of you? Add to those two Batth (captain calamity), Stearman and Borthwick-Jackson and then you'll realise why we are heading in only one direction.
Even a Conte or Guardiola wouldn't know where to start with this shower.
Fosun, give Paul Lambert the freedom and cash to bring in whoever he wants and let's all back him to the hilt.

Wolfe 22 you're a bit harsh here. Iorfa still has time to grow into a incredible player the problem is that he's being partnered with rubbish defenders in Batth and Stearman. Stating Iorfa is a big mistake when he's a right back not a centre back. I just wish Thewell could of shown some sense in the summer and signed a better defender than Stearman. I think that if we sign a defensive midfielder then Saiss could play in defend and maybe that might solve our problems.

Wolves011 - your comment about Saiss is right on the button, good shout. Iorfa played with these last season, no excuses for him now. Sorry, I can't come to the defence of our defence.
It's not a question of which pieces fit in the jigsaw, it's a matter of getting the pieces to start with. Off to the charity shop with this one!

Saiss would make a brilliant centre half - why hasn't anybody seen this? He's too slow for midfield, but likes a tackle and has a fantastic passing range. Surely he and Williamson would be an option?
And stop defending Iorfa. He and Hause are rubbish.

i will defend them as much as I want you are no expert. They need a break from the morons in the South bank. They also need older heads around them to to help them as Batth and Doherty ain't got a brain between them.

hope fosun wake up and smell the coffee, we need players who are battle hardened right through the spine of the team, to many players not performing and that's in defence, midfield and strikers, tell me wolves fans who you think would make it in premier out of this lot i cannot name one.
lambert as to bring players in who he wants and back him if not, we are going in one direction and we all now were that is.

Wavidsmith I never said that iorfa wasn't rubbish because he is at centre-back. He's a much better right back or right mid for that matter. The reason being is due to his pace and skill with crossing. If we can use this he could be an incredible player, but no manager has seen this!
So that's why I defend him because I believe in him to succeed.

Saiss is a red card waiting to happen but if he can clean up his act a bit I agree with what's been said he wold be a great centre half.

We all want Iorfa to succeed, but unfortunately not at centre back. Stick him on the right and leave him there.

Doesn't Iorfa play right back most of the time? He plays terrible there as well as centre back. He needs to be taken out of the first 11 but we ain't got many more options to put there. Is Silvo still alive?

You have to laugh, play Saiss they at centre half, Edwards as been playing like a centre forward with is late runs and goals into box, Doherty as been scoring and seams to play better in midfield and throw one more position in with playing Coady at right back and there you are problem solved till January, let's be honest cannot get any worse.
