McAllister has been in today. Got a photo to prove it of him going in to Molineux. Also Curbishley has been on the phone. Bruce does not interest Morgan as he was a blue nose even though he has a house in the midlands. Also on a phone list my missus has seen is Terry Venables.
I have seen this photo , it is a picture of a bald man being blocked by another man.Hard to say if it is Gary or not.

Wednesbury Smiler here, Went to the training ground got talking to a few people. And they are going to take they time on choicing a manager: but they have a list of over a 100 applications from ex players to well named past managers. But it is believed a new manager will be in place by the beginning of March. Current coaching staff will take the reigns.
That doesn't sound too positive with only 13 games left - I thought they were looking for a quick fix to ensure survival. Who were you talking to?
Beginning of March eh? 2012 or 2013? Hate to rush a good thing.
If you could spell, I might of believed this rumour 5%, but now it's 0% sorry.

Ok folks,decision to be made in next 48 hrs,curbisheley,bruce and warnock are on the supposed short list,of the 3 I would say curbisheley,then warnock,bruce in that order,get behind the squad and new manager when he's announced,and to all the haters having a pop,kiss this hairy black country arse,wolves are and will be premier league this season and next!

Curbishley will not go to a team that have lost it you will be in the championship next season and he only wants premier league football, He knows he will not be able to keep you up, and so to will any other manager know that too look at your fixtures for the rest of the season No chance of staying up just like the last 2 seasons, you are doomed

Cubishley will get the job as he will be cheap did well at Charlton then ruined West Ham been out of the game to long the boards policy of not signing experienced players will also put off any decent manager until this policy changes Wolves are up against it Morgan sacked Mick after the transfer window on purpose so he wouldnt have to fund any transfers & appoint a cheap manager to appease the fans...

Lets look at this analogy: If you have a racing car that does not win races, do you just change the driver? NO, you have to change the engine too. Terry Conner and all the back roon staff have to go as well FFS!! C,mon Wolves fans, don't you agree? {Ed001's Note - you need to keep the coaching staff in place until new ones arrive, if you get rid now and bring in a new lot, you then have to get rid all over again when a new manager wants to bring in his own men.}
What has curbishley been doing the last few years? we need someone who will hit the ground running, knowledge of players and teams is essential in the premier league. If he does then right decision..if not then must be seen as a gamble?

Look at Curbishleys record when he took over at West Ham (look familiar) !! He has to be the man for us ?

I would rather have Curbishley than Bruce for the simple fact that Bruce had a dreadful away record at Sunderland. Wolves have a more 'winnable' fixture list away than at Molineux-so we need someone who can be offensive away from home.
Curbishley was paid 2.2mill compensation from west ham....so maybe he couldn't take a management job until end of contract...(don't know....just a guess)....but I do think he is the right man for the job at the min.....I defo don't ain't Bruce....
Curbs is 1/1 atm and i personally think he's the man for the job and the only other person i would want other than him realisticaly would be holloway(rulled himself out), rafa(laughed it off), hughton(with birms and looking good to come up with them)
We should be doing what we can to get Chris Hughton.
Curbs is the only one out of the three that I'd wanna see at the club, but he's been out of it too long.
Moxey mentioned "approaching other clubs" in his statement, so they must be open to paying out for the right candidate.
Otherwise, along with O'neil and Hughes, another one goes begging in the summer.
Would like to see 'clip board' replaced too.
Need a whole new approach, regardless of this seasons outcome.
