So what happened to the Nadir Cifiti rumour. We were linked with him and he isn't signing a new contract with Dundee. He wouldn't cost us anything but I think and he is linked with Celtic and thirteen goals last season in the SPL is pretty impressive.
Also does anyone think Jacket would revive his interest in Emmanuel Mayuka? He was about to join us on loan in September but it fell through and with the possibility that his contract with Southampton could be terminated he could be a decent signing should he join us on a free transfer. I don't see Gayle dropping down a league when Bournemouth are linked with him.
Personally I would like to see Mayuka and cifiti both on a free transfer and then a holding midfielder like Yasser Kassim and that Michel Zyro from Legia.
I would like to see at least three big faces coming in, ones that would give us a real chance in the race for the playoffs.

Okay then how about an experienced striker like Carlton Cole. He's played with us before but its his wages and weather he would drop down a league. I still think it would be worth a shot. And considering he is a free agent it would make it a bit easier.

Or perhaps Wilson palacios for some experience. Mulumbu would be great but he wouldn't sign for us and palacios is a bit like Mulumbu as he will actually make tackles. And his wage can't be that much of a problem but his discipline might be

A target striker like Cole would be good as I think last season we did struggle with a plan b when dicko or afore didn't quite work.
We've got to expect a lot more teams to park the bus against us next year so maybe investing in a good target striker will give jackett more options.
If we don't lose any more players would like to see at least a winger and another striker. I think we lack another cm to go with Mcdonald but maybe this jed Wallace can fill that gap. Would hate to see Mcdonald get an injury though next year as I think he is the Paul Scholes of our team. So I do hope we get Leon Britten in to take some of the pressure off him.
All in all exciting season ahead with this young wolves team.
