Twitter has gone crazy in the last hour with rumours of Nouha Dicko (5 goals in 5 at rotheram), Leon Clarke (15 goals AND 5 assists this season), Callum Mcgregor (20 year old MC on loan from celtic at Notts County, 10 goals this season) and CB Harry Mcguire from Sheffield. If any of these are true then. great surely?!
Nouha dicko has agreed terms and contract but has his medical tmoz then will sign rumours we have already agreed a fee with Coventry for Clarke mcgregor good attacking midfielder I don't know if we will get him from Sheffield because he has loads of championship and prem clubs after him
I think Dicko will be a good signing and jackets and thewells players brought in this yet have all done really well and improved the team all being young who hopefully with are top class facilities can improve these players
The players brought in have been brilliant and most of them very cheap and Dicko only having 6 months left on his contract can't be that expensive.
Don't know much about the Celtic lad but a lot of people have commented saying he looks a good player. Not sure if this will be true though we have two young cm talents in Evans and price.
I'd love maguire think him and bath in time would be a top class centre back partners. Both great prospects.
As for Clarke I now he's done well in this league but no thanks for me he was useless before and this would just be a quick fix we don't need players like him who will just rot if we go up.
I wouldn't mind us having a cheeky bid for Donaldson at brentdord but can't see it happening
He's done no better ion loan than cassidy did last year, another cast off!
Yeah agree the 3rd poster, don't know much about McGregor but he does sound like a talent, and he's only 20 which is a decent age. Would also love Maguire, as him and Batth are both young, talented centre backs that could combine excellently. Plus he scores a fair few goals for a centre back. Dead on about clarke and Donaldson as well, Leon clarke is playing well now but only in league one, and without the pressure of a 20,000+ crowd of supporters on his back. I don't think he'd do brilliantly at wolves in league one, let alone the championship. Donaldson however, is a much better player in my opinion, big lad with a fair bit of pace on him as well, proven goal scorer at this level and, unlike clarke, I have no doubts about him being good enough for the championship

Twitter is awash with reports, including one from ssn claiming that Dicko has signed a two and a half year deal.

Not one good game. He's scored 6 in 6 games at rotherham. Different team, style of p, ay and manager when he was here last season. Give him a chance FFS (if he signs)
Erm and how many games did he play for us last season. the same amount you accuse the rest of us for judging him this season.
It wasn't just against us though, everyone's a critic you'll be licking his arse if he scores a couple on his debut

28 goals in 86 games. At the age of 21, and when most of these come as sub appearances. This is a pretty good return.
He ripped us apart last month. I reckon it's a great signing.

wolves have made a bid for callum mcgregor of celtic, who has been on loan at notts county scoring 10 so far this season

Just when we have morale spot on with players who put in a shift why oh why would we want an attitude player such as Leon Clarke who rarely puts in half a shift?
Lazy or not as long as scores 18 goals for us to get us out this league a league we must get out on could not be bothered, worry about the championship when we get there, k.j. is not stupid and is getting is own team together now

Dicko had talks he will not sign for Wolves after a loan has been agreed for Nicky Maynard
Dicko will be confirmed on monday just hope morgan puts his hand in his pocket for another striker
The fee closer to 200k as his contract at wigan is almost up. He chose wolves as our facilities are bigger and better than any club he's been at previously
Very useful at this level, would love a Billy Sharpe type cf am sure Jackett is trawling every avenue to get the man to fire us back to the championship.the realist.
What about the rumours of Leon Clark returning?

Reply to above, an article in the Coventry Telegraph says he could well be on the way as we are planning a bid. Would welcome him back, 18 goals in 27 this season, perfect partner for Griff/Dicko or on his own up top

Sako looks set to return to France with both Rennes and Montpellier interested in a £3.5m deal.
Jamie O'Hara is likely to move in this window. Leeds are interested in a loan until the end of the season.
Bjorn Sigurdarson is off to join Stale Solbakken at FC Copenhagen.
Nouha Dicko is the only striker Wolves will be signing in this window, but Kenny Jackett is now only interested in signing a centre midfielder with Swindon's Yaser Kasim and Peterborough United's Tommy Rowe prime targets
How many centre mids do we need?
I would imagine with Sako moving on that would leave us with Edwards playing further forward.
Leaving us with McDonald and either Davis/Evans/Price. It might be that KJ is looking at a bit more experience in the middle
Kasim's 22, Rowe 25. Not that experienced.
Kasim isn't too experienced but highly thought of with many clubs.
Tommy Rowe, although 25, has been playing in the football league since 2007 with 218 first team appearances. (That's over 30apps a year avg.) so not that inexperienced
Solbakken all but wrote off Siggy going to FCC last week in the Danish papers so I doubt that bit.

Danny Batth will sign a new contract this coming week. Dicko very close to signing on a permanent deal. Grant Holt rumour is rubbish, as is the frimpong one. We are looking at Charlton striker Simon Church.
