Not a rumour but a player we have previously been linked to becomes available on free at end of season - Burnley's Chris McCann. had rough couple of years with injury but now back to playing consistently well which has coincided with Burnleys upturn in form. Creative midfielder with great engine and scores more than his fair share of goals. Would he come to us? Probably not if premier option was there but we must be able to compete for such players against all other Championship teams.

Getting ahead of myself got to secure place in this division for next year first.
