Is the Sigurdarson rumour true or not and what is the fee? {Ed011's Note - You don't need to remind us of the Piquionne debacle, I just shuddered remembering it. Sigurdarson rumour is very likely and the rumoured fee is about £4million.

Hi Wolves fan here, on the Ward rumour i will be suprised if he leaves he just signed a new 3 year deal. So if he were to leave then Everton great club by the way would have to pay at least £4 million which in my opinion would be better spent on the outstanding Pienar.If he does leave then we would need to buy a new left back that George McCartny was a good player possibilit we would get him I think he was on losn to West Ham from Sunderland so could do that deal. Want your opinions. How much would McCartney cost?
He would cost too much.
Even if we don't sell Ward we need to purchase a 1st choice left back. We did not have 1 full back in 25 man squad who can defend and out of them all Ward is the worst.
We dont want anything for ward let him bugger off for free

Cannot believe someone like Moyes would go for Ward. He's an honest truer, but gets caught out of position far too often. If it was true I wouldn't complain; let's get the funds in Stalle's kitty! However, I fear it's like the Berra to Fulham rumour...

This isn't a wind up - the daily mirror are reporting this. If true, it looks like its out of Moyes' hands as the article is more about how he'll quit Everton if Baines is sold to Man U.
The article also says Sunderland and Stoke have been monitoring Ward! Hard to believe. {Ed011's Note - Might be a didn't know what we had until it was gone moment in the making.
Ward "DEFINATLY" complimented Jarvis on the left the 2 of them liked up perfectly.
Our defense may have ben woeful but ward was consistent and is able to get forward he done well its not his fault the other 3 didnt match up to par with him.

He linked up well with jarvo yes but while he was doing that he left a massive gap where he should of been defender first getting forward second so many times got caught wrong side and ball watching its unreal watch the goals back and see how many time he was at fault hes not a left back simple loads of effort but thats not good enough at the top level if we get a few million for him id be more than happy
Ok, well let's see how he does in the Euros starting with Croatia, today. And two more group matches to assess him independently.
I hope he does brilliant and someone will come in for him. It is quite obvious we don't have a defender who is currently good enough to play in the premier league. Hopefully the youngsters given chance and time but not now. As for Trap rating him the Irish have no other left back his competition is Kilbane. Don't think he rates him just got no option.
