Ed002 I decided to do you a favour and not post this question on the Liverpool page. But I've been contemplating it for a while. How is it that Wolves aren't having issues with the homegrown quota? I've no problem with them signing 100 Portuguese players, but when I try and count the HG players in their squad I don't even use a whole hand.
With Doherty and MGW both leaving it has me wondering if Wolverhampton's postcode has actually been registered in The Algarve. :)

{Ed002's Note - By the time the squads are registered they need to trim the squad down to a maximum of 17 non home grown players over 21. They have also shown an interest in a couple of HG players.}

Jurgen Meister, one reason Nuno uses a small squad is because he's restricted to 17 non-HG players. He doesn't have the numbers of HG players available at the moment. Wolves will be 100% compliant when the time comes. You could do us a favour though. Buy Traore for a shed-load of money and we will buy some HG players with the proceeds!

haha. If we had a shed-load of money that would be tempting DT!
And actually just now that I read your username it's given me a pretty sickening mental image in connection to something ED002 mentioned earlier that Klopp has been doing to Traore. Yuk!

I was also trying to figure out if Traore qualifies as HG but now you've answered my question, so thanks! He moved to England at 19. Fábio Silva though, wowee! He'll be a potted plant on your mantelpiece in 3 years and I truly hope you've got the caliber of player on your hands that everyone seems to be suggesting.

Good luck for the season Jurgen. You may not beat us this season but you will win the title. I won two top level hospitality tickets in a raffle for Liverpool v Wolves last season. But I owed my nephew a favour so I managed to swap them for Liverpool v Arsenal (his team) . Arsenal lost 5-1 after taking the lead. Ouch.
