I think that we should go for Giggs simply because of his profile. We need to attract players of top quality and with Mendes involved and his Man U connections we will certainly have that. He would need coached around him so why not phelan and ince.

No management experience, poor networking as only ever been at one club.

Being a good player doesn't necessarily make you a good manager. Just look at Ferguson, Wenger, Mourinho. Etc.

Going for giggs would be ludicrous.

Someone like Michael Laudrup would be good.
