No rumours floating around he's going to be either which is strange. You'd expect that if there's nothing by 11am he's taking training and isn't getting the boot.
Why on earth there were 2 keepers on the bench yesterday is anyone's guess. Really hoping I'm wrong and he's gone before the West Ham game.

Don't see much point in just sacking GON, Shi and Hobbs should take a big share of the blame too, along with the whole of GONs back room staff. So badly run we are a laughing stock. How any manager would want the job is beyond me, he is on a hiding to nothing. He would virtually have to start from scratch.

all normal for this uncaring no ambition owners

And let's be clear about this, when we are in the Championship there will be no quick return such as Burnley and Sheff Utd. The club is so badly run from top to bottom that an upturn in form and fortune will be depressingly on hold

Why 2 goalkeepers on the subs bench? Stupid and he doesn’t know what he is doing and get rid of that stupid laptop!

Don’t get it O’Neil to be in charge for West Ham game what a joke

Let's hope that it's down to not having someone who can start before Tuesday.

I did hear a rumour yesterday that Graham Potter had been spoken to by club officials but he turned the possibility of managing the club down.

Acle I doubt GON will be sacked today or any other day in the near future, otherwise he would be gone by now.
He has literally just been given a 4 year contract and we have not yet reached the January window when defensive re-enforcements could be sorted.
Maybe the club are searching for a replacement but can you think of any half decent football manager who would take this on given our backstory?

It's not tactics that Gary is tapping out on that pad on the touchline or realtime analysis, it's candy crush'or very well might aswell be.

Isn't it a sad state of affairs, our once proud and famous club turned down by the likes of Graham Potter?

Longmynd you are correct. I expect if there is a change in management the board will do something even more stupid like trying to bring in a Michael Beale type young unproven manager, or bring in big Sam - neither of which is likely to work.
QS is also right, relegation provides no certainty on bouncing straight back up. Stoke City has a long stay in the top flight and regressed not too differently from how Wolves are. Their owners are amongst the richest in English football yet they haven't looked like coming back up since.
Hopefully it doesn't go that way, but it's what I fear could happen.
