So now, Tom Cairney has come out and said that after looking at all the evidence, the Semedo tackle should not have resulted in a penalty.

So the ref has admitted it wasn't a penalty as has the VAR rep and the fouled player himself but still Stuart Atwell thinks it is.

Atwell not only thought it was a goal but actually awarded one when a Reading shot went wide against Watford some seasons ago. This was before VAR.
Says it all really.
