Phil I think we need more than 39 days to sort our team out as we won none of the last 7 games of the season drawing with relegated Norwich at home and losing to relegated Burnley.
39 days hardly gives any new players chance to settle in and get to know their new team mates.
In 39 days we could be facing Traore playing against us for Leeds.
We need to hit the ground running because if we get off to a bad start heads will drop and we will struggle to turn it around.
They have had since the January window to identify and sign a goalscorer and that would have eased the fans concerns a little.

Maybe the players have been identified, negotiations completed but the only thing missing is a signature as the player is on holiday and the transfer will be revealed when the player is available to begin a career with the club.

Itching to hear of new signings for us but in the meantime I believe they're coming and they will be the right players for us making it imo a seamless transition to integrate the new players in.

To be fair, I'm like Tommo1970. Yes I'm frustrated that no new players have been signed but I'm sure that some will. I think the issue is that some fans seem to think that signing players is as easy as going to the supermarket, picking what you want off the shelves then paying for it. If all the rumours are true (which I doubt), then the teams who are playing in Europe and offer more money to the selling club and wages to players are more likely to get the better players.
