Seems that we're very good at moving on players with loans etc, but , useless at recruitment, so many deals falling short, we've had enough time to get target deals over the line, very poor showing from a premier league management structure.

Totally agree Redski yet again recruitment team firing blanks on transfer deadline day. Bruno let down badly.
We are a Premier league club with Conference league management.

Window shut already has it gents, is it the clubs fault that high quality players have a preference for playing Euro footy?! This idea of 'should of got it done early' just screams a complete ignorance of how the transfer market actually works! 🤣.

Spot on Bully. A lot can happen in the next few hours, and since when do the club tell us about every deal they're trying to do. Everyone we are linked to is either seen as not good enough, or is unwilling to move due to wanting to play in Europe. The phrase rock and hard place springs to mind.
