Everybody nervous?

Personally watching the Villas deals. The signings of Buendia and Bailey are risky. Neither are proven in the prem. Bailey has moved from a different country.

Ings is a funny one. He is a goal scorer. However at 29 yrs old £30m seems steep and with his injury problems. I still reckon fabio silva will come good and double his value by the end of his contract.

The deals are been done. Villa are able to sign these players with the sale of Grealish. It doesn't look like the squad is running away from Wolves though. We are stronger than we used to be. And money isn't an issue.

The big sales need to happen so the movements happen further down the clubs.

I can see 3 decent signings before september. Palhinha, a cb and Carlos Vinicius. Plus a left back on loan and i'd be very happy.
If we got Gedson Fernandes or Bernando Silva (i know in my dreams) but apparently city players are up for sale as they want Grealish and Kane.

Messi is available. If we don't sign him and pay him £500k a week over a 10 year contract, then clearly Fosun have lost interest in the project!

That wasn't my point.
My point was the club will be working on deals. But bigger deals will have to complete before our deals can be done.
Everyone you talk to is nervous or apprehensive about the financial situation.
I have great confidence Fosun are running Wolves incredibly well.
I think we will sign 3-5 players to supplement the current squad. 3 decent priced players. And two loans with options.
I don't think we need to sell but I can imagine we will have to be creative. If a massive offer came in for Coady and we had a better player lined up its a no brainer. Same with Neves or Traore. If you are paying £30m plus for those 3 but we sign an established cb and add funds towards a midfielder we need surely that's gold business?
But I don't expect Messi, Lukaku, Kane, Grealish etc etc etc.
I expect clever reinforcements to our squad and to build on what we have achieved the past 5 years.
