It is an absolute disgrace in this day and age that people still have the thought to abuse others because of the colour of their skin. We call ourselves a civil society but clearly we are not as this sort of thing is still widespread. These scumbags make me sick and completely dishonour everything that decent people work hard for in this country.

Put last night in perspective, our team of young talent took an experienced team of hardened pros, unbeaten in 34 games, all the way to lose in a lottery. The players did us proud.

Quite agree with everything above but one question, it didn't enter my head what colour the players who missed are until tuning in to BBC1 this morning. The question is are we fanning the flames by giving the abuse so much air time? I'm not on any social media so I suppose I'm shielded from it, but surely it's time the companies were forced to stop it, it can't be that hard given all the other tech they employ. Governments too should show action not empty words. Yes England players missed penalties and I question their technique, they didn't deliberately miss and they've enough embarrassment. But it is the mindless cowardly nobodies who make me ashamed of being English this morning.

Some people in this country are a total disgrace. 17 year old boy misses and needs support not racial abuse. These so called fans are behind the reason our team is so nervous at penalties. Any excuse to get their hatred out. Pity pictures of them are not displayed on social media for the rest of us to post our thoughts about them.
In all honesty last night we must hold our hands up and say we didn't do enough in normal time. Getting closer though. Excited for World Cup now.

We could have had a couple of experienced players in our squad, Southgate could’ve come up with some tactics to get at their ageing defence, one shot on target all night says it all, they hadn’t got a clue.

Ironic that Sir Gareth used to advertise pizzas with a bag on his head. No use saying it was his fault, we know that, if you can’t win a game when you’re playing at home and have the best players but don’t know how to use them there’s only one decision left for him to make.
