It’s sad the way we’ve taken a 4 1 beating by Man City and said it’s understandable to lose in such a way to arguably the best team in the world yet the following week they’re turned over by Man Utd who would admit to hardly being worldbeaters it was a good point at villa there’s improvements but it’s obvious the squad has to change when this wretched season is over just an opinion!

Agree pt will be glad when this season is over but on the other hand will carry on doing my best to enjoy the rest of this season the most I can.

The lead up to the match has been better than the actual game of late lol
New signings in the summer hopefully,
A pre season
Fully fit squad.
Next season will be better.

The euros this summer if it goes ahead I think if Neto plays for Portugal his market value will go through the roof. that's if he performs well which I think he will.

Fwaw.

PT, crackers season for just about every team, crazy results all over the place.
I stomached the 4 - 1 on actually it was 2 -1 but for daft subs having a run out.
City are a class apart at the moment and that MU result after cities run, well put in perspective Fulham beat Liverpool. mad season.
I do think that all though we have had a mediocre season, it has not been a total wash out, lessons will have been learnt by Nuno and the squad, we did need to change the way play and all this hopefully adding knowledge to a better season next term.

Way of the world that survivors get to pick over the remnants of the relegated sides. Player loyalty goes out the window, especially if they are facing pay cuts in the Championship. Can’t see many we would be interested in if the present bottom two are relegated. Same goes if Newcastle suffer that fate. However there are Fulham players who should interest us. If it was Brighton that got relegated then, a little tongue in cheek, I would take their entire team and replace their front three with Neto, Jimenez and Podence. Maupassant, Connolly and McAllister, would be bad additions to the bench.

You joking Wolfthiste? I think Saint-Maximin, Wilson, Clarke and even Shelvey (I know-booo) would be welcome additions to our team; few others could squeak in as well, i. m. o.

Maybe the Wolves game took it out of the City players and they had nothing left for the Utd game and for the same reason we struggled first half against Villa.
We do need more players though. Nuno likes to sign utility players and keep the squad small but now we need to sign
specialist centre halves and centre forward.
