Just a wee observation on the walking wounded in the squad: Are doctors, physios negligent in sending some players back before they're fully fit? Boly came back after four games I think, hamstring, plays then is injured in warm up prior to Leicester game; Podence back after his lay-off, plays game or two now laid off til who knows; not sure if Jonny came off last night as result of injury or just tired; Marçal, . has he ever been fit?! lasts ten minutes and comes off injured. Just trying to make sense of our injuries. It could be just bad luck but seems more to it, i. m. o.

Johnny came off as they're gradually increasing his playing minutes because of the nature of the injury he had.
Marcal seems injury prone.
Podence I think came back to soon.

I wouldn't say so. It's virtually the same medical team that got us through 59 games last season with minimal injuries. Jonny's game time is being managed after such a long lay off and Podence was targeted for some rough treatment in the games he did play between injuries.

Marcal is frustrating as I said last night because he looks solid when he does make it onto the pitch.
