Yellow what about Dendonker, Jimenez, Neto, Coady, Otto and Neves etc etc?
Actually I'm far less pessimistic
I'd def keep Boly, Podence and Traore. Also Semedo as long as he is played in 5 at RWB is fine and at his price/ wages Marcal is good value.
But Moutinho, Cutrone Ruddy and Patricio do need replacing whilst MGW I would send out on loan again.
Not sure we can afford RAN - with Otto and Vinagre returning as LWBs
Agree re Ki and Silva is unsaleable other than at a massive loss so he goes out on loan to learn to play at this level.
Sanderson and Sondergaad are not as yet squad players
I think we prob only need to sign 5 players - 2 keepers, (one a back up so he should be cheap) and then we need to sign the same players we did last summer - as we didn't sign them then.
An RCB, an AM and a CF. Hopefully we act more sensibly in the market as FFP means we can't afford expensive mistakes again.
The squad is full of talent but unbalanced, too small and at present playing badly with (Sorry Nuno) poor leadership.
But it will take v little to turn around - just stop doing stupid things.
We should still be fine but we need to make some changes and now because we will rapidly be dragged in to the relegation battle if we don't!

I wouldn't get rid of traore, semedo or podence, the others u mention, I can see being sold. , I think semedo will be fine next season. It's been a bit of an eye opener for him.

Yellowstone, no point naming the players you want rid of but not naming who you want in. You may as well name the players you want in so that Nuno or whoever in charge can get some ideas.

How would you feel if the players you want out do go but the incoming players are all signed from the lower leagues but play in the positions you highlight?

Rui hasn't suddenly become a bad goal keeper! Only thing that's changed is that he's suddenly got a woeful defence in front of him right now. Which goal was he supposed to stop today then?

I get we'll need a replacement long term but let's get real do you have any idea how much a keeper massively better than Rui costs?! Cause they are a rare breed as Chelsea and United will tell you! Even at his age Rui is still a £20m keeper, who we replacing him with then?!

I think a few are hitting the panic button and in danger of throwing the baby out with the water if we go down that route! Podence hasn't put a foot wrong, neither has Marcal! As for Boly well they summed it up with the stats before the match 20 points with him in the team. 2 points without and you want to get rid?! None of those players are the problem the REAL problem is that they should all now be part of a squad and fighting for a place!

Instead they are being rushed back from injury because all we have without them is youngsters! Oh and a manager that's refusing to step down and see the obvious! I love Nuno but he needs to swallow his pride and go back to what he knows, before the rot really sets in! COYW 🐺.
